@@damunaik4 from what I gathered, usually you first go on a dinner date or something and then get involved in the "deed" (at the back of the throat reference)

I did not expect him to be so soft spoken. And so nerdy about film! Love him. Definitely the polar opposite in real life of the Nate persona.

jacob is so awkward and its almost refreshing to see that, bc he's more of a down to earth person in my eyes now.

No one wants to watch traditional Hollywood talk shows like Fallon anymore. They want to see podcast style, real conversations with these actors to connect to them as human beings, as artists, rather than the plastic title of "celebrity". This is why this show is so good

Honestly when talk shows like Fallon or Colbert do their interviews and they try to add in a little game or twist to try to compare to hot ones, it just feels disingenuous and overly productized. It either feels overly made and rehearsed or it just feels like an opportunity for one of them to do or say something weird or cookie just for ratings. Hot ones breaks all of those molds by truly breaking down the psyche of the interviewee, truly making them feel like a regular person just having a conversation over wings, all while the wings do their job and take away their inhibitions or filters

The Graham Norton show is the only talk show I enjoy☺️ I like laid back conversations that don’t feel like lots of media training has gone into it lol

He’s a very smart kid. I haven’t seen Euphoria but his performance in Saltburn was dynamite. Excited to see what he cooks up with Paul Schrader.

Jacob is SO likable. Interesting to see him actually be such a stark contrast to Nate, thats how you know he's such a good actor. Once again such well researched questions, I always love catching the celebs in that moment of "wow you really do your research". Y'all are awesome.

Can we talk about how the editing team consistently does the most? From the music to the slow firework exploding when the hot sauce hits, they match (and honestly emphasize) the tone for the entire episode. I see you editing. I see you.

Tbh I don't see him ever doing that. He's the type of an actor that wants to be taken incredibly seriously. He's giving pretentious vibes when it comes to his career.

He is such a genuinely humble, nice, interesting and intelligent person and obviously a very talented actor. His deep voice is so relaxing too, he could narrate the most boring story and everyone would be mesmerized.

This is the first time I've actually laughed out loud from one of the guests reactions to the hot sauce, he just looks so heartbroken 😂😭

I appreciate how open he is about his influences. A lot of artists pretend they don't have strong influences because they don't want to seem unoriginal but Jacob's answers give great insight into his creative process.

i honestly needed this because jacob elordi is TERRIFYING on euphoria. this was a good reminder that in reality he's just some huge australian man

the way he described his work on nate and how he uses his inspirations to bring his character to life i didn’t realize how passionate he is about his craft it was very refreshing to hear

I love how Sean always brings out the best in people by asking the right questions. He shows respect for the artists' work by doing his research and doesn't ask silly and cliché questions. He inspires me a lot

Jacob Elordi brings such intelligence, sensitivity, and depth to his performances. He also seems like a lovely person. I am interested to see how his career develops. I hope he takes the Robert Pattinson route and starts appearing in off beat character roles in indie films. Great episode!

I can't believe he is only 24, he is quite eloquent at times.

Sean Evans is another level of interviewer. His questions are insightful and unique and you can see the guests engaging more in these interviews in contrast to the mainstream ones. Will forever watch Hot One’s for this reason.

The thing I love about these interviews is that Sean’s questions pull out the passion of the person being interviewed. I love seeing people talk about things they are passionate about 💗

It’s really nice to see this side of Jacob. Hearing him talk about empathy and being open-minded just made him really loveable to me. Sean gives the best interviews. He makes even the most awkward celebrity come out of their shell and let their personality shine through. That takes talent.

love listening to jacob elordi talk about acting because it gives me so much hope listening to someone who's just so real about who he is which is the same person before he got famous.

He does a great job! Strangely enough, as an Australian - from the same city as Jacob - I can hear a fairly subtle American "twang" coming through fairly consistently throughout the interview. It's bound to happen when you're living in the country and playing American characters, but I wouldn't be surprised if he sounds very different in five years time.

I like what he said about his character; that’s how I look at people in real life. I think it’s only fair to see why someone is the way they are, this isn’t to excuse their behavior but to have that consideration in your mind.

This youth definitely proved his acting chops in Euphoria. His performance was one of the more compelling things about the show. That scene where he tried to fight his father and ended up convulsing on the floor alone was award-worthy. From his interviews, he's also quite insightful, self aware, and soulful for someone so young. He's got a long way to go in Hollywood.

This is the most emotional interview I’ve seen everyone are crying 😩😭

Didn't think I could like him any more than I already do. He's brilliant, emotionally intelligent, funny, eloquent, and that boyish laugh 😆😆😆 The host of this show is also an AMAZING interviewer, sheesh. 👌🏾 Great questions and insight regarding some of his own questions.

This mans appreciation of Nolan, Tarantino, and Spike Lee is pretty admirable. Love hot ones pulling back the curtain on how actor's are in real life unlike any other interview

Well, the character that he plays on Euphoria is just that, a character. NOT his real self. I wish people would get that. Not saying that you don't...I just mean it in general.

Right! Although I’d be careful of trying to understand folks experiences too much. Some people are just bad people and it’s not worth your mental health in trying to understand a toxic person. I’m referencing what he said earlier in the episode

To see how committed he is, and his genuine love for film. He’s going to be big. There aren’t many new actors like him

Jacob just made me actually feel for Nate. That's an amazing man right there

He literally turned spicy wings into a spiritual experience lol

these interviews are so genuine, its all about Jacob and his interests not about drama

I occasionally watch interviews of celebrities I've never heard of, and I absolutely love this guy. He seems like he could play a decent Clark Kent in the newest Batman redo.

The way he licked every finger on those first couple of wings 🤣🤣🤣 The host always creates such awesome interviews!

Can we just admire how funny and fun conversation he is making.

As an aussie I don't really hear the American accent. This is just what most of us sound like. The thing is, our accent is exagerrated to the extreme in popular media. Also depends on what part of Australia you're from though.

When he said “it’s happening now” while trying to talking about burgers sent me but I’m Aussie can confirm our burgers are amazing especially the day after drinking a lot

Yea those comments by David Chang have annoyed me so deeply ever since he first made them. Has coloured how seriously I take any of his opinions now.

I love that he mentioned Heath Ledger, the whole segment about documenting everything on camera in Heath's documentary was my fave part he really loved it 🥺

What a chill and insightful guy. I've never seen him outside of euphoria before

This show has made me realise how much actors on the whole actually love their craft, I was actually very ignorant based on years of seeing standard interviewers ask standard questions, I just thought actors kind of just got into acting and didn’t really appreciate it but people like Sean actually ask insightful questions that lead to insightful answers.

This is like the second interview I've seen with Jacob and he is soooo cute. Every time he laughs I squealed and when it got difficult for him I had to imagine him as Nate to not be bothered 😫

Thank you for this episode! I love Jacob! It is good seeing him outside of his role as Nate Jacobs!

His poor neck and face was red after his first bite. I hope he recovered okay. Absolutely love who he is as a person and will continue to support his work. Can’t wait to see him in future films, he is definitely going places.

I love how goofier and more candid he became as the burning in his mouth got worse. I haven't seen him let loose and laugh this much in other interviews. I loved it.

This is like being on a date with him. You win.

I'm gonna remember what he said for ever! : "there's delicious chicken and delicious mango and you F-ed them!" 😂😂😂 So true!

he is SO well spoken and does great at storytelling!!!

I finally got to watch euphoria. Very Addictive and hard to just watch one episode. Jacob is incredible at making you love to hate /hate to love his character . Very talented .

I think my favorite thing about Sean is how he makes sure to hit different aspects of each guests' lives. I'm sure a lot of them feel type-casted and it's refreshing for them when Sean asks about more than just the one "big" thing they're known for that they get asked about in every other interview.

Yeah there’s 100% chance the guest will remark about how good of a question Sean asked at least once during the interview.

Love how many of these questions got to show the cinephile in him. Mad respect to actors who are invested in the history of the medium they're in.

Love this guy! No clue who he is but obviously a passionate, dedicated and intelligent human... I hope he becomes as prolific and esteemed as his heroes 😁👍

The interview itself is impressive but the music during the interview is incredible. It itself tells a story and helps carry the narrative of the interview.

It's so nutty how different his demeanor is from the show. Seems like such a nice guy. Great actor.
