Daniel's a Toronto homeboy. Like people pop out to get some milk, Daniel popped down to town to do a short spot in his pal's gig. Then picked up some milk on his way home.

I’m watching knowing what he is in for. This is going to be fun.

Dude, I was in the second balcony and had no idea who Daniel Caesar was but the rest of the audience sure did. It was magic. The room was electric the whole night. Jacob is a singular talent and it’s hard to believe he’d never toured with a band before. He just had us from the second he came out but it was give and take. We would fill the room with harmony and take the lead when he let us, as he did in this video before Daniel comes out. I can’t really describe how powerful it was in that hall that night but I’ll be watching you make the Jacob Journey. Y’all are going to be amazed.
