I believe she doesn't have the capacity to do so. She is a narcissistic personality, in a clinical sense, means being actually disabled to comprehend the negative effect of others. At this point it would be hypocrisy if she appologized. Sbe would have to fake the compassion to others and that will come off as fake. Everything we can and should do, is stop giving her attention. Best case scenario would be if she dissappeared from the internet.

I’m a small business owner too and my business was similarly bullied by an MNC and it’s true once your design or name has been copied … legalities never help. As a small business owners we would never have enough money to go through the long tiring draining traumatic process while also looking after sales and consistency of your brand. Stealing an idea or name is literally the worst someone can do in their business career. Every single day I pray for company that blatantly copied my design to fall and how.

That alone already says enough about how terrible she is and how much of a victim she believes she is, so pathetic and disgusting what she’s willing to do to others for her own benefit. On that podcast I thought it was so interesting how they pointed out that EVERY brand involved with her has gone out of business except for Gerard Cosmetics! (Makeup Geek, Becca, almost Gerard, now Morphe is in big trouble!)

I had never heard of Gabby Ros's brand or her brushes until this video but now I'm intrigued and will be looking into them. Maybe I'll purchase a couple once I have aome extra cash to do so.

JacAttack has told so many stories she can’t keep them straight. Like how she said she’d visit Ulta at the mall while working at MAC and being on food stamps…Ulta was always a “stand alone” retailer-They weren’t in malls... It’s only been recently that they’ve even expanded into the “business within a business” model with Target ( which they did to compete with Sephora going into JC Penny and now Kohl’s). They wanted stores built to accommodate their needs (like salons and restrooms) which wasn’t as easily or cheaply done in a mall unless you’re an “anchor” store.

There needs to be better legal safeguards for this kind of thing. She shouldn't be able to behave this way and profit off it. I don't think this is a problem with just her either, I think this is an issue with online influencing in general. Too many people can lie, scam, grift their way to fame and riches and it's basically rewarding bad behavior.
