This was so fun! I love the Bates so much and it's crazy to me that Jackson (who was just a little boy when we first "met" the family) is all grown up and getting married. Do you by any chance do Pastor Gil's hair? I'd love for you to do a podcast with him! We get a lot of wisdom from Mama B when she appears on her daughters KZread channels but we hardly ever hear from the Pastor.

We make our plans, God laughs! He knows best, even if we think his plans are horrible, he still knows best! Sometimes heartbreak is God's blessing. To trust Him is sooo hard, but it is for us and our learning.

Jackson has grown into a wonderful young man. I remember his interview with Warden and Isiah on the couch during the TV show. Jackson was always the most outgoing with a quick wit. Now, Jackson is the first who said he dated his girlfriend instead of having a courtship. Good 4 u. I'm curious why he openly stated this and what the difference between courtship and dating was? I did notice they did front hugs and held hands. Different from his siblings and the Duggars. I like it.

I am sooo happy to see Jackson after so much time and hear his "story". I love how God is using this family to be witnesses for Him. Thank you for this. God bless you Jackson! By the way, how old are you now? One thing: I agree with what you two are talking about. The thought of God putting someone's life on hold to show them that He has a better plan. But I do not agree that he would cause a person to have an accident, hurt themselves, in order to set them on a different path. God allows things to happen but I don't think he makes everything happen. Especially when people get hurt. Question: what if I don't do Instagram? How else can follow him? Maybe through a sibling?

Great interview, it’s nice to see this side of Jackson as sometimes his sisters do take over somewhat. I don’t blame him for marrying way too early because of all this purity culture gone mad. But realistically he’s way too young but I guess at least he’s given it a good year between meeting her and marriage.

People say his young for this but with his move to Arkansas then plan to Florida yes has some friend there but lot under his belt

God is the one who blesses with children, but at the end of the day, it’s the couple that gets pregnant. They can choose how many to have. Just because the Lord blesses with children doesn’t mean they have to have 19.
