I love how your Mom gives each of her loved ones a tribute on their birthdays....it's always so positive and loving, plus, it's obvious she knows everyone really well....she sees the inside qualities of everyone.

Your Mom is so precious! Her values and Love for Jesus has never wavered. I don't know how she does it with 19 kids!

I don't know how anyone else feels about this I admire how Gil and Kelly has raised their children and how they support their children. These two wonderful parents is not controlling or domineering like Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar Gil and Kelly has a close bond with their children I miss Bring Up Bates cause I miss seeing this wonderful faithful family

I'm 71. I listen to these wise words. My reminder to encourage moms to take your godly advise is this: you will not get a do-over! And it can be the saddest while you have to wait for the Lord to undo what you messed up.❤

You have such a blessing in both your mom and your mother-in-law

I love how y’all focused on not being negative or complaining about your kids, because as a woman who struggles with recurrent pregnancy loss it is so heartbreaking and irritating to me to hear moms complaining about their kids.

We need more people like you in this world and we need more moms who have been through the years of raising children. I love Momma Bates outlook on negativity. I remember when I was pregnant feeling so sick and this one night my husband and friend from church wanted to go eat Mexican of all things. I really didn’t wanna go but I pushed myself and just getting out of the house and fellowshipping made me feel so much better!

Raising children falls mostly on the mom and is a ministry unto itself, they have a huge responsibility in how the child's outlook on life is and how they grow up to be productive adults... Mamma Kelly went to God and gives God the glory when she was overwhelmed, we can take a lesson in that for everything in life.. Go to God, he will help!!

Erin and Kelly I truly thank you for this video. I so pray many expectant mamas watch this..I grew up with a very mentally unwell mother, although I love and appreciate her for what she sacrificed for me, she was very down and stressed all the time. She was also insecure and I tried to be different as a mother but did not have the Lord in my life. My children are young adults and it's never too late to change, I have many health struggles and often lately find myself being more down than I wish, this has been a blessing for me to see as I am now a Christian and know that my Lord and Savior loves me, Thank you both again

It is always a blessing hearing you, your husband's and your parents advice and learning experiences. I have learned so much from all of you and wish I would of have this advices when I was raising my kids. I struggle with being pattient most of the time and not getting angry and frustrated and can definitely attest to what your mom says that we moms are the regulators of our family's overall attitudes. Boy, isnt that the truth! When im upset is like everyone has a bad day or is in a bad mood and the heaviness i feel in my heart for that weight drives me to tears and prayer in my heart...is just so much responsability! 😢 I wish it wasnt that way, it seems to be a lot of preasure at times. But i get it, its a heart issue and we need to bring it to the Lord. I love your possitivity and i think for all of us who have watch your family over the years is the main thing that draws us to all of you...and to think that your mom was key to that! Wow.. Id like to hear in another opportunity what you all do about disciplining your children, how do you go about that in a positive way. And if ANY of you has had a "difficult" child, or a child with a strong will and temper, how do you help them and not let their attitudes get the best of you. God bless you!

Out of the couple of family channels of your guys’ that I follow, I’ve really noticed how much your mom makes time to travel around and visit everyone and is always there for the big events. Being more patient and pleasant is something I strive to do as a mom, so thank you for that advice.

It’s amazing the difference between this family and the duggars. You guys towed the worldly line but never went way over like the Duggar’s.
