A must try recipe in the season of jackfruits :) Very soft sweet and aromatic idlis with the lovely flavor of jackfruits go well with tender mango pickle a spoonful of ghee :) Please do try and comment me below how it turns out for you..
Ingredients
1.5 cups chopped jackfruit or halasina hannu
1.5 cups idli rava or rice rava or akki rave
1 cup jaggery powder ( + or - 1/4 cup according to taste)
3/4 cup fresh coconut scraped
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp salt

Hello, sorry for the late reply, idli rave hurilebeku antenilla, it is optional. Roast madidre idli chenag baratte and olle parimala baratte 😊
