I'll probably get some hate mail, but there are several things to look at with this guy: 1. You cannot maintain that level of muscularity at 58 naturally (yes, read between the lines, that's what I'm saying). 2. Several comments below mention him looking older than 58. To me, he does look closer to 68 (facially), and that usually ties in to my first comment. 3. He does not train his entire body equally. His legs are way behind his upper body. Watch his squats at the 3:50 mark and his jump squats at the 5:14 mark. He is not using heavy weight, but his right knee bows in during both movements as he struggles with the weight (this is why he wears pants or long shorts, to hide his legs). We don't know a lot about his background, just what an apparent fan that made this video is telling us. We don't know his diet, his work to rest schedule or what he is taking to maintain his muscle. It states he works out 3 hours a day, but not how many days a week that is. But 3 hour workouts without pharmaceutical help is unlikely, especially if it is daily. I say it a lot, this is the internet, not everything you see here is true.

@@gremorychanel4426 Total mis-read of my comments, as they were directed at the person that posted the video. There are other channels that do this as well, talking about 300lb bodybuilders being "all natural", and they eat chicken and broccoli and work out hard. As you said, this guy can do whatever he wants, its his body, his life. I comment on people acting like if you eat right and work hard, you will look like this, which is not true.

It's the beard and hair makes him look 70 odd, l never understand older men or young ones come to that growing beards it ages by 20 years in some cases. I'm 65 and shave my head and face and am often told l look 15 to 20 years younger than l am, but if l grew in the balding grey hair and beard l would soon look my age or older.

@@biggusdickkus2956 BD- I do agree about the beard making him look old. However, being a gym rat myself and 72, there are many juicers I talk with at the gym. One happens to be a doctor, MD. I ask him about the old skin that seems to prematurely appear on many roid users. He said," Old skin is very common in roid users, even as early as late 40's. He said the biggest issue is diet as well as genetics. Roids gives the user the euphoric feeling, so they think all is well. The reality is many forget to supplement with vitamins, that are necessary to keep you looking your age." This guy seems to be the one that forgot to take his vitamins, lol.

@@hdvictoryford5329 Yep skin on the face loses its elasticity as we age, it looks worse on women especially those who smoke as the pulling at the cigarette with the lips rapidly depletes the fat in them and presto they get what we call a cats anus mouth lol ( well something like anus, which l won't print as there seems to be a lot of comments and replies vanishing from KZread these past few weeks, l believe it's an over zealous algorithm removing anything slightly vulgar sounding ) I saw an article once on the effects of smoking on identical twin sisters, one smoked the other didn't, the one that smoked looked 20years older than her sister it was amazing the difference, her cheeks were dried and dessicated the skin wrinkly and crepy looking with a very strong greying effect, her mouth as I've previously described looked just like a cats bum her face was lined like an 80 year olds her hair even dried out and greyed, they were 45 years old but she looked a bad 75yrs her sister on the other hand was healthy and looked five years younger, her skin was natural few lines, lips still plumped. I've never smoked and that's helped me in a lot of ways l also stopped drinking 20 years ago this month by that l meant regularly l will have a drink or two at weddings, birthdays that kind of thing the last one l went to was 5 years ago l had 3 pints, l was never a big drinker like my mates north Eastern lads who will have 12 to 15 pints with some shorts added in and the next day never looked like they had ever had a drink, l had developed an inner ear problem stopped me going to the gym as well as drinking as it caused very bad attacks of vertigo. It's a lot better now and I've just bought 5 sets of fixed dumbells hexagonal ranging from 10kg to 21,kg, and a new weight bench, I'm just doing station presses, bicep curls, triceps curls, bench press, some military presses, some wrist , I've not gone heavy as l just want to tone up what l have and keep it that way, l actually got a pump in my right forearm the other day doing finger curls and wrist twists with the 10kg it's a strange feeling but a good one, my arm felt engorged l looked at it expecting it to look like Popeye the sailors from the way it felt, I get it in the forearms always have but nowhere else l know not why, but all my family on both sides the males all have big thick forearms, the older ones like my dad and great uncles who had been iron ore miners when it was dug out the hard way by hand had enormously thick forearms and wrists they could perform strongman tricks with ease, such as bending steel bars around their arms and my uncles at 70 odd years could straighten out horse shoes then bend them back, l got the arms but I'm not as strong as they were, but then I'm not hammering out lumps of rock 8 or 10 hours a day lol. I miss going to the gym but l now live in a pretty isolated village and I'm not allowed to drive because of the inner ear problem it causes Vertigo which isn't fear of heights as Hitchcock and Hollywood would mislead folks into believing that is actually called acrophobia, vertigo iis loss of balance and depending on strength of it can be tatally debilitating the horizon spins upside down then continuous spinning for however long the spell lasts, as l said its a lot better now but it can strike anytime and l would crash any car l was in so I'm basically stuck in the village as there's no buses after 5pm.but I've had a home gym before and enjoyed using it a bit of music on and off l go lol. Sorry this turned into a novel length reply. And good luck with whatever you're doing.

Little criticism at your expense: It's rude to call this guy "an old man". He is not, as you can see what he does with ease. Even if he was 70, that would be rude. The polite way to call someone who is old is to call him "an elderly man". But this guy is not that. He's late middle-aged man. If we just compare someone to our age, then we can call someone who is 35 an old man if we are 12. He does look pretty worn out, though, as he exhausts his body a lot. Second, he's really amazing and thanks for posting this video. So, thumbs up for that! He's inspiration for us all.

I think bodybuilding definitely AGES you ! all the blokes in the gym look old and wrinkly faced and worn out, and I'm talking about the under 40 year olds ! I looked young and fresh faced until I started lifting, now 30 years later, I look old !! 8-) I wont mention the wear and tear on shoulders, lower back, elbow pain, clicky knees etc ... You burn the candle at both ends and the candle goes out faster. A racing engine needs a rebuild or dies young because its been stressed more, a little engine in a shopping car lasts for ever... all the little old men and ladies I see that live to be a 100 are all small and have never been athletes or done lifting !!
