Jack London Historical State Park ~ Fern Lake Trail
Fern Lake in Jack London Historical State Park is an almost 6 mile Round-trip trail that takes you through a beautiful forest with redwoods and a smaller lake on the way. A moderate trail with many up and down sections. It was a gorgeous hike in early March with many new flowers making an appearance. The trillium was my favorite!

Love the old stone building. The redwoods are so tall and beautiful. Such a nice little curving bridge/walkway. Pretty creeks. The Lakes are so calm and beautiful 🥰

It seems like a good looking state park. Lots of green and running water. It was a surprise to see the redwood trees. We never get to look at them on the east coast. 👍
