I've just transcripted the entire clip...two pages long. I had to choose a prepared speech to amuse and entertain and Jack Dee instantly entered my mind. I never knew English a-levels could this good! This is hilarious hearing it in every detail.
I love that little noise he makes when he throws his arms open at 3:44. That was just adorable.

crazriphale AMBULANCE DRIVERS?!?! No such thing, as every member of the modern ambulance service has a medical rôle / qualification. 'Ambulance Driver' is quite insulting.

The writing back to front on the hood of the ambulance - or other emergency services for that matter - is meant to tell you what is behind you. So you get the choice. Maybe slam on the breaks if you see it's police and let them pile into you.

I think more than likely they're *not* a fireman. More likely someone who does an incredibly boring job who wants to instantly impress, or at least not bore, by stating they have an interesting and dynamic job. I'm sure "I an the deputy sub-manager working in finance and insurance brokering at Cashem, Bankem & Runn soliciters" brings in the big money, but it'll get you less up and down action than the polish navy.

The ones I met were fireman....Yes they do a fantastic job...I work for MI6 though i don.t tell everyone i meet what type of work i do....LOL (the MI6 bit is a joke you know what people are like on here)......Thanks for your post

I am sorry if you are somehow offended by this, but I don't think he was having a dig at diabetics, I think he was just having a dig at the mint cakes are seen as the greatest miracle to ever happen to expeditions. I think getting upset about something as convuluted as that is a little much.
Oh so it is perfectly acceptable to call another person a thick fucker but they can't return the favour(said in a very sarcastic manner) You also probably don't know that to become a paramedic you need to also have a degree these days :P
