@Tennessee E They've always made fun of Presidents. From Johnny Carson, The Smuthers Brothers, etc. That's part of Late Night to talk about current affairs, headlines, and politicians. This one just gave them more ammunition than any previous President in late night television. He was a walking gaff and joke. Not even a partisan thing, just that he was awful as a person and very easy to make fun. His being a bully made him deserve the treatment and the way he constantly responded to SNL and late night hosts was not only embarrassing, it just fueled them. That's how comedians work. If he would have just taken it like a man, it wouldn't have been nearly so bad.

The love and respect Conan’s guests and friends have for him is so genuine.

Jack is both emotional, and high on painkillers…such a great sequence.

you can tell when he was coked out, it doesnt have that strong of an effect, the chris farley you saw on screen was actually him, it was the after parties sometimes you would see him twitch a bit more. i think his chippendales sketch was a completely sober one. im a huge chris fan, guy was truly a legend, which is why he was lost as this seems to be the way it is, more often than not. @@JoseCarlos-jw1fn

I have never seen Jack Black live at any event BUT he’s evidently known for being amazing with fans. When he performs, it’s been said by numerous people, he will greet and sign an autograph for every single person who attends his shows, even if it means sticking around an extra 2 hours after his gig. That’s true appreciation and dedication.

Pretty much true, I seen Tenacious D live, after the gig there was a small fenced off area between the venue back doors and the tour bus. Jack stopped to sign stuff on the way to the bus. You can tell he appreciates and cares for everyone that attends his gigs. Kyle is the same, though that night he darted right for the bus because it was raining haha

That was the first time I’ve ever gotten chills watching a late night show. Absolutely incredible. Three legends on that stage.

This was such a heartfelt and meaningful last show for Conan, Andy, and their whole team. Great job to Jack for putting the thought he did in singing. I also love the comment that Jack running up to hug Conan at 8:38 was as touching as Frodo running to hug Gandalf. Who's excited for Conan returning on HBO???

To think of everything Conan went through, from everyone doubting him in the beginning to what happened with NBC, Conan somehow managed to be one of the best late night hosts ever. Jack Black pouring onto Andy is the best thing ever. Almost every guest has given Andy a very well mentioned and earned respectful bow or nod or mention. It's wonderful

Still the best late night show host in my book, and I'm sure I'm not alone ending it with a bang with Jack Black is perfect. Not even a sprained ankle can stop this legend from doing his thing. The best Kids Choice Awards host hanging out with the best late night show host

I prefer jimmy fallon to be honest. as much as i enjoy conan hes a bit too much of an intellectual for my tastes and most of his humor goes over my head. When im watching a late night program i like to turn my brain off and watch celebrities play games while fallon bangs his hand on the desk howling hystericaly and it makes me feel safe.

Man, Jack Black is incredible. Re-lyricing that legendary song and performing on the orthopedic boot... I've been in one on two occasions, and they are IMPOSSIBLE to walk in, yet he was scooting around, likely in pain or loopy on pain meds and still KILLED it.

Wow!! I actually got THE CHILLS during Jack Black's fantastic performance here! And so I should!! Powerful, hilarious, and chock full of LOVE!! ❤️❤️

Jack refused to let his friend down. Had to double up and do it like a champ.

Congratulations to Jack Black for landing the lead in that Orson Welles biopic!

Jack Black has such a solid vocal tone. So underrated.

The song is "My Way" by Frank Sinatra for anyone wanting to listen to original.

Jack Black nailed it, even injured he still give his all. He's the greatest guest of all time. Conan is the legend of comedy. Along with Andy the best duo of Late Night. You guys made me laugh is the toughest of times and the happiest. Thanks for everything 💗. Not forgetting Team Coco thank you guys for everything. I can't wait for the next chapter on HBO Max 👍

Andy is so concerned the whole time, he kept looking on Jack’s injured leg ready to catch him in case he falls. But man what a guy Jack is! 😂😂😂

Gosh. Jack Black is raw throbbing emotion, whether he's singing or nostalgic. Love this guy. One of the weird side effects of growing up a millennial is watching your entertainment favs grow up with you. It's crazy but amazing.

I had goosebumps seeing Jack perform. Imagine your friend paying you tribute on an injured ankle, that's how much he means to you. Conan is such a lucky, kind and graceful human.

I watched this when it aired and it brought tears to my eyes. Watched again today and it did the same thing. Such a beautiful interaction between a group of friends. Thank you for all the memories Conan.

Jack and Andy hugged like brothers. It was very sweet. Conan treats him like a friend too.

This is truly an end of an era. The only talk shows left are built on easy political jokes and celebrity worship. Conan managed to create an atmosphere and transform the format. Hopefully he continues the innovation and brings it to HBO.

So sick of people using my Savior’s name as a curse word.

Such a great emotional powerhouse of a performance from Jack Black. Whenever I want to feel good I watch this and every time I end up teary-eyed. You can almost feel the bond and friendship these people share, it's amazing!

When people think of a modern bard, I want them to think "Jack Black"

This theater is the best setting for this send off. A genuine comedy temple, rustic and classically natural, fitting for Conan’s legacy and realness it’s just absolutely beautiful to see him end his run in this environment with Jack Black putting the final period. I’m balling now. Bravo Conan and Andy!
