Taped in 1988, here is the late, legendary DJ Jack Armstrong, at the WIXY-1260 Reunion, held at the WMJI studios in Cleveland.
To see him on video after hearing him on radio a long long time ago in upstate NY is a joy. He'll always be the Armstrong I remember. The best.
Listened to Jack at WKBW. Been in many cities since and never heard anybody do it better.
Oh WOW Sooooo many Memories ! I'm smiling and crying at the same time. Jack You were THE BEST !!
Amazing to hear AND see this legend doing his magic in the studio...thanks a lot!

8-Track Theater totally agree
There is a book.. Devon ? We need to talk..
Damn what the hell was he on? He could not stand still! Way beyond being a good DJ.
Blow most likely.
Did they really have that much reverb on the broadcast? Or was that added later. Never noticed so much reverb on the radio back in the day.
It was added just for this broadcast, but back in the day, Top 40 stations did use a lot of reverb!
