I changed the fairytale a little. While climbing the beanstalk, Jack gets really tired and thinks about going back but decides to keep going, showing that perseverance is important. Jack does steal the golden hen, but he feels bad about it and returns to the giant. The giant isn't as scary as Jack thought and thanks him for bringing back the hen, giving him a golden egg as a reward.
I think this can be a fun family project that can be assembled together with children. Children would probably need help assembling it and I hope the video helps.
