This is the evidence of failure in kenyan criminal justice system, this shosh has a right to quality representation in court

We have a system in place that is only interested in seeing a conviction not justice. Makes you wonder how many others just like this lady are serving sentences for crimes they did not commit. Judges lawyers and prosecutors should be liable with maximum fines prisons sentences for this level of incompetence

When you will be handcuff and charged with false accusations and the Judge or magistrate doesn't care you are represented or not or even you understand the charge sheet then that is when you will wake up from your deep sleep and realise you are in a country justice is meant for few people!!!

This case should be reviewed. A migistrate can visit the scene and re-enact the happenings, question the witnesses firsthand and give a verdict.
