Get out of your emotions, and be fair for a minute, the gained access because the child mother allowed him access without her creating the opportunity for the mess to happen this would never been a problem and the mother need to be held equally accountable for poor choices allowing a drunk man access entry to the same home she share with her minor child exposing her child. In well run criminal justice system this man would not spend one day in jail. If it was rape what evidence did they collect to support rape? Where is the rape kit? If it was child molestation the child mother is equally at fault as this man and should also be sitting in jail?

Rape cases esp to the minor, are very solemn. He cant admit on camera to have done it. He cant be sentenced in vain

According to what I heard since I started listening to these stories,,to be honest I would rather fly or jump but not to put my foot on anything that can ever put me in prison it's scaring,and the worse could happen today is not having your freedom for the rest of your life

What I fear most is to be jailed may God never allow such to happen to me...ndederu is in my county nyandarua county...
