This is by far the best way of cooking this dish I hv been around thousand of the recipe yet noone could match the simplicity and the precision which u have...ten on ten..

Chef Bhupi is a real chef who knows how cooking is done! He combines both art and science of cooking together....I see so many cookery channels but most are just stylised chefs who unnecessarily speak too much but have little substance in their cooking and others are "KZread chefs" who have not even gone to culinary schools but copy and paste recipes under their name...thank god I found this authentic channel!

It is not easy to crack the recipe. There are infinite ingredients available that can be added in a recipe in varied proportions. Moreover, even if Chef happens to crack those recipes. He is not gonna reveal them here for free.

Sir Jee will wait for that .. Sitaram Sieanchand is famous Bhatura shop in Paharganj New Delhi and Subhash chola Bathura shop is at New New Delhi Railway station .. their Color .. Texture .. taste of Chole is totally difference let’s crack that Chef 👍
