Sir in the beginning u told Pressure Cooker is NOT required for Peeli Daal. But how to cook Arhar Daal or Chana Daal in Lohe ki Kadahi ? It takes TOO LONG to cook Arhar/Chana Daal in Iron Kadhai. Even then the Daal is not cooked properly. Kindly make a video using Lohe ki Kadahi. If any video is already available kindly share the link. PLEASE reply.

Very interesting dish. I have never made or eaten pulao / kichdi with channa dal. I will definitely try. In Karnataka this Raita (without using smoking coal) is almost always made with pulao or biriyani (Veg or non veg). We call it " Mosaru bajji" in Kannada. (Mosaru means curds). Very simple and tasty. Very popular. Thank you for the recipe.
