Literally got goosebumps when the kannada part came! The lyrics in kannada is just so poetic and so innocent. The singer did a great job with the diction and emotion. The screaming from audience also intensified, makes me feel so proud to be a kannadiga!

Ilayaraja..... the only one.... god of music. What a amazing composition!

Awesome song ,there is no Ganesha festival or kannada Rajyotsava with out the songs from Geetha movie especailly Jotheyali and Santhoshakke. I liked the song in all the three languages but kannada one is my favourite. Great composition by Ilayaraaja and acting by Shankar Nag. Geetha -1981 Nooravathu Naal -1984 Cheeni Kum -2007

I heard the same tune in three languages. But it's awesome in Kannada,I don't know why..!

I said - (And I repeat) A song composed by a Tamilian (Illaiyaraja), Sung by a man whose mother tongue is Telugu (S.P.Balasubramaniam) and written by a Kannadiga (Udaya Shankar). Now which part of this did you not get?

Dear lady in the yellow saree, your hindi rendition was superb with right expressions that one could imagine the visuals from. Alaap in both hindi and kannada part were done very well. Kudos. Tamil was also sung well.

Nooravathu Naal was released in 1984 and Geetha was released in 1981.. Original track is Kannada..

The singer wasn't singing. It looked like she was reading the lines. She needs to listen to the originals again. Both the singers need to first sing in the chorus before taking the role of lead singers.
