Keep the exercises to maintain the condition 💪
All is good your video, an improvement maybe on subtitles. It often blocks the movements of instructors.... Try remove the black highlights effects. Thanks

You can remove the subtitle from your KZread setting. Just turn off the CC subtitle botton off. Or you can drag the English subtitle upward. I have no control on your KZread setting. Pls try try!!
