Sir mne last 7 months phle new four wheeler purchase ki thi nishaan magnite zero dep insurance me IDV value 547000 rupee hai. Iska accident ho gya hai 1 month phle jiski istimate value 4lakh bnayi hai. Ab insurance company bale meri car ko total lose krna cha rhe h ya idvi value ka 60 % ( 3lakh) claim deno ko bol rhe hai. Usse upar ka jo bhi Paisa lagega bo mujhe dena padega. Plz guide me what can I do?
