Hi Michael, what is the lowest angle the sharpener can do? If I wanted to go lower than 15 degrees would this be able to go that low?

Yes, you can go lower, 12 degress is standard version, or you can reach 10 degrees with extra short tube which is delivered as an option. Anyway it alwas depends on the knife size and sharpening stone thiskness.

Pěkný jen by to chtělo pro obyčejné lidi kteří si chtějí tento přípravek vyrobit udat nějaké rozměry a postup přehrát normální rychlostí.

Да тут они не актуальны.... Ширина минимум 10см. и длина зависит от того что точить. Примерно 35/40 см. Он просверлил три отверстия, если просто для кухни то хватит 30/35 см в длину. Как-то так.
