You don't want to be alone dancing so you do the next best thing, do something nice for your fans and stream it. You'd think they would say something more supportive than,"you look tired. Go to sleep. You look stressed poor Hobi." We've all had those nights. I was there for the live, the fans were there to tell him goodnight when he didn't want to say goodbye. The oh so many times they said goodnight to him when he just wanted to have a normal conversation, it was Hella fuckin rude.

Just wanted to let everyone know that he was actually reading a comment that an army made but that doesn't take away the fact that he does look stressed. People tend to forget Hoseok is human too, he has feelings and emotions as well. I've seen many videos where army's completely disregard him and ignore his presence, continuously asking for other members to join his own V-live. The other members would quickly reject or turn down the offer but Hoseok, being the sweetheart he is, always obliges. Army's really shouldn't be taking him for granted. He's one of the many K-pop artists that are very down to earth and loves everyone, no matter what race, gender, etc. So sometimes he may have to take a break from being everyone's "J-Hope" and just be Jung Hoseok. And there's nothing wrong with that! Just remember that even a sunshine has a shadow behind it.

@@fionawilson1875 Yes I was worried too but then I realized it was mistranslated because Hoseok had asked how Army's were doing and an army replied that they were not okay and Hoseok basically just talked after that. Even though he seems to be fine, I still worry for all the BTS members and their mental health. Especially, since they have all this random hate from other fandoms and people being thrown at them. But either way Army's & Bangtan will forever have each-other's back. 💜

He definitely had some personal stuff going on- Hobi says a lot about his mental/ emotional state by the songs he chooses- Malibu Nights by LANY- 😢 I hope things are much better for him. Their lives seem glamorous on the surface but they’re under immense amounts of pressure, for the thousands of supportive comments they receive just as much hate. They have to wear a smile and laugh on camera even if they’re falling apart inside. They’re at the height of their careers & have worked so hard for it all- yet their mandatory military service is hanging over their heads. JHope is a persona- Jung Hoseok experiences his own fears, insecurity, good day& bad- I admire him for always going back to his roots in dance when he needs to decompress 💜

he’s allowed to be stressed. idols are allowed to be stressed. we all get a little bit of anxiety every once in a while but we know that the members got his back. they are always there for him. we just need to send our love and support to him like the true army’s always do💜

The amount of courage and bravery it takes to actually say those words is unimaginable to me, I have never ever been someone to talk about how I feel but just hearing and seeing hobi say those words I just mumble back to my phone “ I’m not okay either “ and as I cry I realize the only thing that has been bringing me any joy, happiness and comfort these past couple of months was when I found BTS, watching videos, shorts, clips, edits, anything KZread recommended to me of them, I read something recently that said the ages between 19-26 are the hardest years for a person and as I enter my 20s things just keep getting harder and harder for me, I am the friend that helps out, I am the friend that gives you advice ,I’m the friend you come to when you need a hug, I’m the friend you can cry your troubles to, I’m the friend who is there to comfort you, I’m the friend who is there to cheer you up and make you laugh when you are feeling down, and as I see all my friends follow their dreams and start their lives I wonder if i will always be stuck in this same place when I too have so many dreams and goals for my life. I wrote this for myself, I have been trying for a while to put into words the way I have been feeling so this is kind of like a letter to myself in a way. Haha, I didn’t expect to face my feelings when I entered the comments. I really resonated with everything you just said. As I’m typing this, I’m trying not to cry while also smiling bitterly. I’ll be 20 in March, and life isn’t looking so bright right now. I’m in college, but I may have to drop out because of a lack of finances. It really feels like everything is closing in on me and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m also that friend that everyone can rely on, yet I don’t really have anyone. The people I chose to trust and let in always ended up making me regret my decision. On top of that, I’m really struggling with my self-esteem. Last year I realized that I’m not heterosexual. I grew up believing that only straight people are normal, so it’s really hard for me to accept myself. I honestly think I’m going to be single for the rest of my life because I’m just not brave enough to acknowledge my feelings and act upon them. I’m close with my older sisters, yet I can barely bring myself to share what I’m feeling with anyone, including myself. I hate talking about my feeling or problems because my emotions tend to burst out. I always hold them in so whenever I try to be honest with myself, I end up a depressed, crying mess. I really want to cry right now, but nothing good will result from that. Thank you for sharing your story.
