This may represents J-Hope's journey from the bottom to the worldwide top, from the time when he danced to J. Cole's rap even before joining BTS to the today when he can make music with his muse. I'm so happy for him.

The cutest part about all of this is J.Cole’s caption on Instagram being “J-HOPE x Cole Hyung (I had to google “hyung” can I even refer to myself as that?” And then Hobi commenting “Cole Hyung 🔥🥹” like are you kidding me But also I absolutely love how it really felt that Cole WANTED to do this collab. He really went in on his verse (which was 32 full bars btw…how insane is that). I love that you can tell he took a minute to write a really insightful and meaningful verse for this song and even hopped on the hook at the end. Ugh. I keep pushing out of my mind that this is Hobi’s “see you later” song 😢

This music is PERFECT! I see the child in the beggining as 3 different symbols: 1) Army 2) His younger self 3) The other members, specially the youngests. That wave goodbye is both about the ending of this chapter and on to new adventures AND his way to say "You'll be on your on now, but I know you'll be ok. I am proud of you". At least is how I saw it.

I cried. It was the "J-Hope" from J.Cole for me, i felt so proud in that moment..and so touched! i can't explain it.

This was a great reaction. You were all of us! It’s so emotional knowing Hobi is enlisting and singing this to us while also paying homage to his idol J Cole. This is just….everything 😭😭😭

This was truly a masterpiece, from the beat, the whistles, J Cole's amazing delivery (as always), and jhope rapping and dancing. I also lovee their harmonies closer to the end, that really took the cake for me. Everything was done phenomenally 💜
