材料：
糯米粉 3 1/2 杯
發粉 1 茶匙
雞蛋 3 只
糖 1 杯
椰漿 2 杯
無鹽牛油溶液 6 安士
紅豆 6 安士
糖（煮紅豆） 3 湯匙
Red Bean Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
Sweet Rice Flour 3 1/2 Cups
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Egg 3 pcs
Sugar 1 Cup
Coconut Milk 2 Cups
Melted Unsalted Butter 6 oz
Red Bean 6 oz
Sugar (to cook Red Bean) 3 Tbsp

不會太油的，如果用其他材料代替味道就沒有那麼好了，你可以試做一下就知道了！
陳老师糯米粉是三杯半，若是用称量是多少克（Gr）？可以说明嗎？因为若用量杯不小心会压得太紧又太多，不压輕放又会太少？所以我会有这亇问题，謝謝🙏🏼妳的回复🙏🏼

Its normal for it to settle a little. Put the mix in the preheated oven as soon as it is ready, then the result will be better.
