I remember when a certain radio station in Pgh threw a 21st birthday party for him at the local sports bar. Loved watching him play. Thanks for this interview. He is very well-spoken and honest, not to mention down-to-earth.

I was looking for Trottier, after the game in Los Angeles, there was a club room (bar) for the players, Security let me in, I knew the two hung out pretty tight, there he sat at the bar, and I introduced myself , asked him if he knows where Bryan is and he said he left the building, Yes he spoke enough English the first year to understand me and spoke back in English. So I look back and think I talked with a true NHL great maybe arguably the best! I had another crazy story , in Denver Colorado 1985, USAF training, we got some time off to go to a movie, I saw a white limo come into the lot, didn't pay much attention, but I do remember seeing it, waiting in line to get some popcorn , it was a bit crowded, got to the class counter a guy in crutches standing next to me and we said hey back to each other, he left with his popcorn, and the guy helping us said hey what did he say to you, just hi, don't you know who that is, I said No, he said that's Michael Jordan, remember it like it was yesterday,

yOu dOnT kNoW wHaT cOmMuNiSm rEaLly iS..... communism is a lot of things.. on paper vs in practice it's different. Each attempt at it has been different, but terrible as well. America is headed towards a much more centrally planned economy, a more authoritarian government, and much more limited rights. Communism and fascism are different economically, but both are authoritarian as hell. We're headed towards some ugly ass form of it... but...we can change it if we want.

Yep pro sports continues on cuz it keeps the brainwashing going, average Joe ain't going to get too upset when he loses all his rights and freedoms as long as he gets to plop down on the couch after work and watch the game. Yet the kids aren't allowed to play, they have to stay home and grow mentally ill.
