I've never heard losing my balance and it resonates with me deeply. I stayed with my kids father because of the kids. Through the mental, physical and emotional abuse.. I still stayed. My toddlers and I have been free from him for 2 years now and our lives have been better than ever. A lot of healing to do still but we're at a better place now that we've ever been. I cried in my bedroom floor listening to this, like damn Cole who told you to speak to me like that 😭😭😭 I needed it more than ever.
