Excellent video lesson and content, congratulations, very good? In this version of IZOTOP RX 10, do you have the REBALANCE feature? Is the Rebalance feature that removes the voice and separates the voice of instruments improved over previous versions of the Izotop RX 8 and 9 ? thanks

Music Rebalance is ofcourse in version 10, but i didnt compare with previous versions. It wasnt mentioned it got updated in a significant way. But i'm overdue to test vocal islotaing / removing software. So hopefully i can dive in more deep somewhere in the next weeks.

Spectral Repair is highly valuable to me for cleaning up extracted stems but other than I personally wouldn’t get enough use out of RX to justify the high cost

Fair. Spectral repair is pretty powerful, but I think most functions are for the ones who are knee deep in restoration. Can be a pretty deep investment for sure.

Hi there, I just found this video. Thanks for the clear information ! I am about to purchase the advanced version now. I work with Pro Tools 2020, but on the website it says it is compatible with 2021-2022. Does that mean the plugins won't work at all, in audio suite or on tracks? If not hen I should get RX9, but I guess it isn't for sale anymore, Thanks.

It should be named "9.5 version", especially for the Standard edition ;)

To my understanding no changes from rx9 to rx10.

I'm going to hold off upgrading for now. Black Friday is near and maybe they'll give me better upgrade prices than the ones they are giving me right now. I own the everything bundle and they are charging me $499 for the upgrade. Hopefully on Black Friday they will lower that a bit... hopefully

Hy, thanks for this video. I record my music with Cubase ; for restauration or track quality improvement, would you recommend RX 10 advanced or Spectralayers Pro 10 ?

If you have a new cibase version like 12 or 13, you get spectralayers one. A slimmed down version of the full spectralayers. i would check that out first. The integration with Cubase due to ARA2 is unbeatable for me and I personally always use spectralayers even though I have RX10 as well. I do use the individual plugins of rx10 in cubase - the rx10 mouth declick is something i use as standard

Thanks for your answer :) spectra layers one is not useful, it is too limited... I will then buy spectra layers Pro 10 ; there is actually good discount for both RX10 advanced and on Spectralayers pro 10, for Black Friday, but Spectralayers is still much cheaper than RX10. Integration inside Cubase and Wavelab seems also very interesting for me. (I do my mix in Cubase, and my mastering in wavelab Pro 11, with Ozone 11 as mastering plugin.)@@whitenoisestudio

No voice isolation in anything other than advanced..annoying

So if this is sold to musicians the last place you want to put your music is on KZread if you understand market research 🤣 I will never beg KZread for monetization and beg for patron and buy me a coffee
