Rigoberta Menchú has inspired part of my music project for women heroes in history. She acquired The Nobel Prize in 1992, when she stood up for her tribe Mayan Quiché in Guatemala. Her family perished defending their rights. Not only she changed the course of injustices to Native Indigenous in her country, she caused effect all over the world, spreading her message of light and cultural healing.
