So much stress in my life and I'm always alone. Every challenge I face alone. Every hardship I face alone ....... Why do I go running to help people through trauma when I'm left absolutely alone when it's my struggle 😪 ....... is my life some sick joke ?

Heal your trauma, and see how your life will unfold in front of you...and look above ask for help the angels the universe . Everything you go through is preparing you for what is coming but its not just beeing a good human but also as a soul which came from above...you are evolving elevating...be grateful thankful for these times....you are more than just a human...never forget that brother!!!

You go running to help, because you know how it is and you know how much they need it too. Nobody is obliged to help and yet you are doing that and it is beautiful, a sign of a good soul. Sometimes it's a matter of being surrounded by wrong people and you deserve better, because you are a person too. I hope all the good returns to you and you find peace, because you're already so resilient, still being here.
