I was wondering about that as well. I'd used Excels for 30 years, but only coz they were standard on my bikes. Not sure if I'd notice the difference between one rim or another.

Itlll bee a feel thing. Everything has a certain amount of ‘give’ - rigorous testing back to back with the same settings on suspension, tyres and mousses will allow the wheel feel to be identified
