IU kept contact with these 5 ladies, invited them to her concert...and one of the ladies asked whether IU could go to her wedding and sing for her, IU promised and she went to her wedding and sang for her....like 2 years after the show, even that same day she has an event she need to show up (it was when the first ep of hotel del luna was aired)

She seems so sweet and friendly. The fact that she connected quickly with women her age means that she really wants to make friends. That’s so sweet and good for her for putting herself out there to make friendships.

Hyori's Bed and Breakfast was one of the most entertaining and wholesome Korean television shows ever made. Really sad there were only two seasons, but nevertheless thankful the show exists.

Sadly it resulted in people coming to their home and they had to pick up and move, so I don't blame them for not continuing given how much personal thought and love went into that home. I still think they should have sold it to the studio so they could keep doing the show while keeping their real residence private, but it's not like Hyori is starving for money.

@@dunetiger It wasn't an apology. They bought it in order to avoid possible issues with copyright of the show with potential new owners. It's ironic since the reason they agreed on the show was to show people their house to stop them from coming to bother them, but idiots don't know how to respect boundaries

This show was definitely healing. both IU and Yoona's seasons where very different in terms of how they handled the B&B but both give off a different feeling of relaxation and rest

IU invited the Gimhae sisters and the 3 siblings to her recent concert this week.

The guest girls are the best! I like how they treat strangers comfortably even in first encounter♡

Hyori is blessed to have a husband like him.

I love their energy. They really geeked out then brought her into their group. It was even funnier hearing them just chatter about in their Gimhae satoori or whatever it was. She must’ve had so much fun in her first time bonding with complete strangers thanks to them.

She is literally like me, so shy starting conversation and if I do something in front of the new people mostly my heart is going to pumps out. Keep fighting IU ! I know what you felt.

This is so heartwarming but heartbreaking at the same time. In a different world, without the circumstances that forced her to work so hard since young, IU probably could have had a very nice, normal life with lots of friends going to B&Bs together but it is so nice to see at least she got to experience it while technically at work.

i love everything they do together here, IU needed this kind of space and people at that time.. and it's obvious some of Hyori and Sang-soon influenced IU and vic versa..

Why do I feel like a proud mum watching this when I act just as awkward as iu with strangers 😂 This show is so wholesome and healing to watch, seeing her open up to girls around her age and having fun really made me happy too :)

IU a master on the stage a rookie in the kitchen so cute ☺️🥰 I wished Netflix didn't take it off their network.

This is the show, I fall in love with Lee Ji-eun, not as idol IU. She is awesome.

Seo Yea-ji and IU they should play sisters in a drama one day since Seo Yea-ji’s character in It’s Okay Not To Be Okay and IU’s character in Hotel Del Luna were similar. they were pretty, mean acted like jealous girlfriends lol 😂 but in the inside they were caring and they didn’t want to show it especially towards Kim Soo-hyun a.k. Moon Gang-tae and Yeo Jin-goo a.k.a Gu Chan-sung who they were slowly falling in love with. When IU is singing she is cute and bubbly but in Hotel Del Luna I was like I don’t want to get on her bad side lol

One of the best shows to come out of Korea. The only things I don't like about it are that there are only 2 seasons and they had to move because people couldn't respect their privacy. ... and IU is a huge sweetheart. That is all.

I am watching the K-drama 'the producers 'at the moment with IU in it and to me I feel like the character CINDY that IU plays seems to be based on what IU goes through with her life I think she would be great to meet and hang out with and she could just be a 'normal' person if for instance she was in Brisbane and went out with a bunch of girlfriends clubbing she would have a great time and I do not think she would be recognized by people in Brisbane and she could enjoy a taste of 'normal' life of a young woman She is my favorite Korean actress she can be sexy/cute/independent etc in her roles and her singing but at the same time I always have the thought in the back of my mind that she is a little lonely :( So it was nice to see her with these other young people and laugh and relax a little :):)

I miss this show so much. I never thought Reality tv could be relaxing & healing. A show that shows regular cooking, actual eating and enjoyment of food, real talk, rescue animals, tea, yoga - no obnoxious brands, no frenemies, no make up, no shallow events, no bragging or drama. Plus the editing - BTS’ “Fire” playing when Sang Soon lights up the fire 😆💜 I’d totally watch “Hyori’s Bed and Breakfast” again.

After the show ended a lot of people started to look for the8r house. They had people come uninvited and even break in. Their house is now sold to the company who produced the show. Producing another show might create similar situations. So I don't think they are interested of producing it ever again

Graffizx Tbh I did think it was very much like a fairytale that they owned a bed and breakfast and had hugely respected celebrities like iu and yoona and that guy from reply 1988 working as part timers, for regular people to come through… the whole concept of celebrity is building up a person so they are set different from regular citizens. There are crazy people who obsess over celebrities and actually see them as gods or something. Unless they move to another country where people don’t know them, I don’t think they can be treated fully as a normal person again

Also - as a cat owner - the moment when that 1 cat just sits on the table & stares at IU as she eats, is the funniest & most relatable thing to me.
