This show was my comfort watch a few winters ago. I wish we could get a new season.

for me the most entertaining content is english when it comes to korean entertainment, i love the comedies and variety shows almost as much and don't mind the captions at all, but the interactions of english speakers and native koreans with varying english skills is just my favorite for some reason.

He is so lucky to meet Yoona, does he know she is an amazing singer and dancer? A star of one of Korea's best KPOP groups ever? Certainly my favorite group. I'm surprised Yoona isn't fluent in English. She hung out with Tiffany and Jessica for many years.

It was Hyori's Homestay, also known as, Hyori's Bed and Breakfast. It only had 2 seasons. In the first season, the celebrity employee was IU/Lee Ji Eun. In the second season, it was Im Yoon Ah (Yoona), and later there was another celebrity employee. Season 2 was the last. Not sure why, but I think it has to do when Lee Hyo Ri signed-up for a new agency, for a new show. During the run of the first and second season, Hyori's Homestay was topping the charts in the variety show category. Regardless of the reason, when Hyo Ri signed-up for a new variety show, it did better and brought her new career to new heights. So, yeah, it wasn't a bad decision. At least, that's what I was able to gather and remember. Those who know more, feel free to add and/or correct me if I'm wrong. ^_^

it's cultural. how they address each other is based on their age. i.e. noona, hyung, dongsaeng, oppa. they can't establish relations without knowledge of each other's age. it's archaic but most of culture and tradition is archaic and they do have it's benefits. Such as establishing relations and hierarchy (ergo order).
