정말 추억 그 자체인 노래.. 엄마 돌아가신 날이 엄마 생신 다음 날인데 그날 내가 좋아하는 아티스트 두 명이 콜라보를 해서 노래가 나올 거라고 기사가 떴었음 엄마 생신인데 내가 선물 받은 기분이었음.. 너무 행복했는데 그날 저녁 엄마가 아파하시다가 다음 날 돌아가셨음… 그리고 며칠 뒤에 이 노래가 나왔는데 노래 뜻이 지금 내 상황과 똑같아서 들을 때마다 엄마가 많이 떠오르게 된다…엄마가 마지막으로 준 선물이 아닐까 싶다 귀로 볼 수 있는 추억을 만들어줘서 고마워요 28살의 아이유 슈가! :)

Actually when I listened to it i teared up even tho I didn't see the lyrics, her voice was just so pure and even the beat got a summery upbeat feel to it, I found it to have a depressed and sad vibe to it, especially when she started singing "forever we young", in conclusion the song gave me shivers. The song is just THAT wholesome

A Little Lyrics Interpretation Here: In SUGA's Rap, He writes 'Farewell like a disaster message' Disaster messages are some announcement sent by the South Korean government to the citizens' phone to remind them for any emergency or dangers But the problem is the government sends messages even for the most little thing, take COVID-19 as an example, people even receive 'disaster messages' reminding them to wash their hands So for Koreans, 'Disaster messages' are somethings they have to deal with multiple times a day without acknowledging their wills to receive or not, and many of the Koreans find ways to stop receiving these messages Thus, SUGA uses 'Disaster messages' to express that there are numerous farewell every day without asking his will and he doesn't want to deal with farewell again (just like the lyrics in 1st verse: everything comes at will and leaves without saying goodbye, now I don't want to love anything anymore) and the 'Eternity' in 'let's meet again on this island after this eternity' actually means 'an endless Kalpa (suffering)', which is bad and unescapable So I think the lyrics maybe meaning that actually, the two will not meet again despite they promised to when they were still in love/ close to each other Matching with his previous lyrics 'the words of promising eternity are just sandcastle (which is fake/ fragile)'

She is a tough woman , even after she lost her best friends, TWO OF THEM, she still persevered, and pushed through, even though their deaths were a huge loss to her. Not many can do this, IU is someone who deserves respect and should be appreciated. I hope everyone who sees this comment will look at IU in a different way that they used to, and look up to her. She is a pure and beautiful soul, and I know what its like to have someone close to you pass away. Haters only look at someone and see their negative side. Never the positive side. No one is perfect. No one who is a human is perfect. Its is alright to make mistakes, but learn from them. Thats how you become better. Learn from your mistakes. Improve from them. This was a liitle long. Sorry😅

I can't lie, everything about this song is so beautiful I'm literally crying

I love how they wrote this song so fast because they both understand the difficulties and hardships of life and could relate to each other. Both are 27 & both have gone through a lot.. it makes me happy whenever Bts makes friends and builds creative relationships with other artists their age. Proud of both IU & Yoongi for making this masterpiece !

IU and Sulli friendship: Eight years 8 when drawn horizontally is the symbol of infinity. That's why 'FOREVER young' is there Eight is literally the best title for this song!!!

After I told my friend it was Sulli’s death anniversary and we miss her, my friend changed her profile picture of everything to Sulli! My friend didn’t even know Sulli’s Nd now she does because of me and now she and I and call F(x) and IU fans will cry and feel the same pain like IU and her (F(x)) members

maya noufer Jonghyun was a member of the boy group Shinee but sadly he died from suicide in 2017, Hara was a member of the girl group Kara but passed away in November 2019 also from Suicide and Sulli was a member of the girl group f(x) but died from suicide couple months prior to Hara’s death. All of them were friends with IU and we all miss them dearly

Her voice is really soothing yet goes well with those drumming beat. Yoongi's vocals are on point as always! And the song itself is a masterpiece. Bighit should let Yoongi sing more often, his vocals are no joke! Overall loved this song.

이 노래 진짜 처음엔 경쾌하고 좋다고 생각했는데 진짜 가사 들으면 막 벅차고 눈물 날거 같아요.. 이게 아이유님 실제로 겪었던 일을 가사로 썻다고 들었어요 몇번을 들어도 안질리고 눈물 날 거 같아요 + 싸우지 마세요 내가 가수의 노래 듣고 울수도 있는데 왜 그걸 일상생활 가능 하냐 물어봐요 사람이 왤케 꼬였어요? 사람마다 감정은 다양해요 노래를 들어서 울 수도 있는거고 영화를 보다 울 수도 있는거에요 그니까 본인과 감정이 맞지 않는다는 이유로 사람들 엿맥이지 마세용 쪼잔하니까 ~~~
