Imagine thinking that having a disability gives you the right to dictate women's medical choices.

Doctors are often dictating to women using disability as a weapon, Heidi just want to see a level playing field. "Some parents whose babies have been identified as having a higher chance of Down’s syndrome, Edwards’ syndrome or Patau’s syndrome, and who have decided to continue with the pregnancy, have reported being asked repeatedly if they want further diagnostic tests or an abortion. They report having their decisions challenged and being pressured into changing their minds. This should not happen. Parents should have the scope to change their minds, but not be pressured into doing so - their decisions should be accepted and respected at all times." www.rcog.org.uk/guidance/browse-all-guidance/other-guidelines-and-reports/supporting-women-and-their-partners-through-prenatal-screening-for-downs-syndrome-edwards-syndrome-and-pataus-syndrome/

@@dontscreenusout6307I don't think it's right for any doctor to do that, to try to push an abortion on a woman who doesn't need or want one. If you're a doctor, human life *MUST* be your first and foremost priority.

Abortions are actually safer if carried out earlier in pregnancy, so the only valid exception to the abortion time limit should be if continuing with the pregnancy would pose a genuine danger to the life of the mother.
