എനിക്കും ഇഷ്ടമാ ലിവർ ഫ്രൈ ,ഞാൻ സാദാരണ ചെയുന്നത് ഇടിച്ചു ചതച്ചു വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഇഞ്ചി കറിവേപ്പില എന്നിവ സവാള യുടെ കൂടെ തന്നെ വഴട്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞ്, അതിന്റെ കൂടെ മുളക്, മല്ലി പൊടി ആഡ് ചെയ്ത് ചൂടാക്കി അതിൽ അല്പം വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച് ഒന്ന് ചൂടാക്കി, വീണ്ടും അതിൽ ലിവർ വേവാൻ ഉളള വെള്ളം കൂടെ ആഡ് ചെയ്തു ഒന്ന് ചൂടാക്കി , അതിൽ കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കി വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ലിവർ ചേർത്ത്, ആ മിക്സിൽ കിടന്നു ഒന്ന് ചൂട് പിടിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉപ്പും കുരുമുളക് പൊടിയും ഒക്കെ ചേർത്ത് അടച്ചു വെച്ച് അങ്ങ് വേവിക്കും,, ഇടക്ക് ഇളക്കി കംപ്ലീറ്റ് വെള്ളം പറ്റി ഡ്രൈ ആക്കി എടുക്കും, പിന്നെ ഞാൻ ഒന്ന് കടിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി തേങ്ങ കൊത്തും ആഡ് ചെയ്യും കെട്ടോ, നല്ല രുചി അല്ലെ, ലിവർ ഫ്രൈക്, #: ചിലപ്പോൾ കടക്കാരൻ ചേച്ചി കൊണ്ടുപോ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു രണ്ടും മൂന്ന് കിലോ ഒക്കെ തന്നു വിടും , വറത്തു വെച്ചാൽ പിള്ളാർക്ക് ചോറിന് വേറെ ഒന്നും വേണ്ട, ഹഹഹ, ഒക്കെ നല്ല വീഡിയോ, ആൾ ദി ബെസ്റ്റ്
