So pretty! I’m glad you got your blooms this year. My Julia itoh peony is two years old and no blooms, but I was expecting that (but hopeful for one bloom, haha). Thanks for showing the different stages of the flowers.

Thank you.I did wait 3 years .I order it from dutchbulds.com And I did order 4 different tips Itoh and what I got 3 garden treasure and 1 Julia Rose .They did sent it in spring and because of that you can loos 2-4 years no bloom.I found this site peonyparadise.com .There the best there roots very good.They send in the fall and next spring they bloom peony or Itoh peony too.Does your Itoh has a lot of sun.It’s need sun to set buds too,and don’t forget fertilizer it too.I know when yours will bloom you will love it 🥰

You are welcome.My peony season all most over ,only couple left and after that need to wait another year till new blooms.I wish they bloom longer .
