I just bought a coral sunset peony. There was one bulb on it when planted, but sadly, it perished. I hope it will prove bountiful next year.
Don’t be sad.Plants go try shock when they planted .Be patient with peony sometimes they need time to get strong root system. But when they will bloom it will be sweet reward for you.Have a wonderful day
I know I’m late but I’m just now getting into gardening this year
Hi.It’s never late to start gardening. My Lily’s are done blooming for this year.I also in zone 8a.This year a planted new lilies and they grow slower and they started bloom later too. Also was very little blooms on each one.But I know by next year is I fertilize them in fall and early spring they will be bigger and more blooms too.Have a wonderful day

Lovely garden, is your clematis Duchess of Albany in sun or shade? It looks very happy just wondering if it can take some shade
Thank you.Yes it is Dutchess of Albany. It’s in the morning sun.So about 4-5 hours of sun.
Glad to see your garden again lady, I love your peonies, I have 17 peonies since I started seeing your videos, thank you kindly. they have only given me like 2 or 3 flowers but I love them all, some I planted bareroot so am waiting a couple of years for them to bloom.
I’m happy for you.You just need patience and your peony will give more flowers with each year.I have some bare root too and only green leaves,so I can’t wait to see there first bloom.Maybe next year.
Beautiful!!!
Thank you
The dark pink looks like a Felix Crousse or Karl Rosenfield

I am mesmerized at such beautiful flowers but your Lily's by far were the most captivating I look forward to what this spring will bring and excited to see more of your garden ^_^

Hi.I’m in DFW area .I think they will grow just fine in Austin
How do u kill them? They have over taking my flower bed!! I just moved to this house and it’s horrible! The flowers are pretty but …..
Hi.If I have spot that I don’t want them I just pol them or dig out .They are easy to remove from the ground.
Holy crap! I have my Purple Heart in a Halloween bucket too! hahaa! Ok...I'm gonna subscribe.
Очень красивый! ❤
It’s the gulf fritillary butterfly host plant . It will throw runners up to 10 feet away.
That’s what I have
Nice !
It looks like a HOT MESS of over grown Crepe Myrtle🤢!! They all need a PRUNING.
Hi.I did prune my crepe Myrtle in the spring except big one I do it ones a year. It’s extremely hot now ,there no need to stress out plant more with pruning now.Have a wonderful day
Does the super tall light pink one not hold its bloom as long as your red ones?
Yes.It’s bloom time short .
Please post another update before summer ends! Would love to see the progression/growth of them from your previous videos from 1-2 years ago.
The biggest lavender crape (muskogee) that you planted 7 years ago, how big was it when you bought and planted it in the ground? I just planted a lanky and wimpy one, but I hoping to trim it back next late winter and have it bush out thicker and wider than it is tall after the roots get established. Thanks!
Very Lovely!!!!
Thank you.Have a wonderful day
I cut all of my Itoh peonies to the ground and I had at least 25 blooms each. I have listened to several master gardeners who have said to cut to the ground. Those aren't the same buds as the traditional peonies.
Hi.I’m gathering in zone 8a.So our winter is not cold.So years I see flowers buds in late fall and they above the ground. So I just leave them .
Thank you for sharing! New subscriber here, also in North Texas! I have a Midnight Marvel Hibiscus very very similar to yours, I got it as a baby last fall! It is already twice the size it was last fall, and buds everywhere but no blooms yet! I love this plant! I just started my channel and would love a fellow subscriber also here in North Texas!
Hi.Hardy hibiscus is gorgeous plant .And they are easy to grow.Have a wonderful day
Bende aldim bir Haftada kurudu yapraklari dôkûldû kurudu neden 😂😂🙋♀️👍cok gûzel gôrûnûyor
The small flowered pink one is Princess Diana
Warning. Sweet autumn is the worst of weeds in Georgia zone 8. I have lost sooooooo much time over many years trying to control it.
Hi.I’m sorry. Here in my garden they are ok.And I cut my in late fall early winter. So it’s has it seed on vine when I cut down.I’m struggling with Passion vine yes but not sweet autumn clematis.
wow nice!, how are the hydrangeas?
I will do updates soon
beautiful where did you buy peonies?
beautiful
how often do you have to water hydrangeas?
Every couple days especially in my hot summer time.
give us update through out the hot summer here in north texas
hi where did you get these hydrangeas? and how much sun do they get?
Hi.Lowe’s and Home Depot. But now they gone at store in my zone till next spring.
Wonderful garden! 😃
Very beautiful flowers. 😃💚👍
Thank you
The itoh peony shrub gets a nicer form if you cut it down in the fall. I have 52 different itohs in my garden and some of them never make any buds in the old stems.
I do cut just not at the ground level. And all of my Itohs do have buds above the ground.I’m in zone 8a .So our winter is not bad so in the late fall I all ready can see some flower buds for next spring.
Thanks for your sharing, my very first peony to bloom is Karl Rosenfield, the next is Coral Sunset. When planting peonies, we have to be patient because its bareroot needs time to become a shrub. First year I only got 1 little stem, second year they gave me 3 stronger and taller stems with only green leaves, third year I got 3-4 stems with one bloom only. Fourth year, yes it mostly became a shrub and they gave me 3-4 blooms, from year 5 they absolute became a real shrub and you know what? I was rewarded 5 stems, each stem has 2-3 buds. Peonies are long perennial shrub, they can live over 100 years and they give very large blooms. That's why the Chinese people chose peonies as their national flower, a kind of flower symbolizes for longevity and fullness.
Yes all of this is correct.Yes I have peony that blooming before my Coral Sunset.I just don’t know name of it.So you think it’s could be Karl Rosenfield?Thank you.Have a wonderful day
I think it is Karl Rosenfield peony. In my garden in Massachusetts, this kind of peony is the very first to bloom, and it has slight to moderate fragrance.
Thank you.
Nice
Thank you
the sound is poor
Sorry.
Hi, Beautiful ! I am so excited to finally see mine blossom first time since I purchased this Cora Louise in 2020 but I see pale yellow petals, not white. Is it the same case with yours when they are not fully open yet? I hope to see full flowers in a day or two but I am worried if I got a wrong one.
Hi.Yes Cora Louise usually has white with pink petals.Just wait and see what color would be when it will be full open.
