He has an excellent track record on this. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഒരു Organization എങ്ങനെ കൊണ്ട് പോകണം എന്നും ഒരു പരിധി വരെ അറിവുണ്ടാവും. ഇത്രയും നാൾ കുടെ ഉള്ളവർ അദ്ധേഹത്തെ അംഗികരിക്കുന്നതിലും കാരണം കാണില്ലെ. പിന്നെ പുതിയ വ്യക്തികളോടും അവരുടെ ആശയങ്ങളും പെട്ടന്ന് അദ്ധേഹം സ്വീകരിച്ചു എന്ന് വരില്ലായിരിക്കാം. ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവരെ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. അങ്ങേർക്ക് എന്ത് യോഗ്യതയുണ്ട് എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് മാത്രം ഒരു അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞു എന്നെ ഉള്ളു.

പക്ഷേ ആ ബാബു ഒരു നാറിയാണ്.
