I live near mount Etna. There was no "4 years silence", a year ago the "near-by" airport had to close. It actually erupts once a month, maybe two, but it's very common, especially in the last years

The residents there are used to these, they are hoping the new rich soils bringing better harvest in the near future

nobody lives in the immediate vicinity and Etna has the "safety valve" of regular eruptions every few years.

kind of seems like moving elsewhere might be a good idea....

How far the lava flow and the molten rocks spread ? How devastating is it to the nearby inhabitants ? How is the temperature around ? Is there any kind of rumbling in the earth before the volcano spews fire etc ?

In the past years I’ve seen a few volcanoes on the news. Do they ever pose a threat? Tornadoes seem more dangerous and I never hear bout them

As it was in the days of Noah The Lord & King God Almighty released the fountains of the deep w/in the earth of water. Now in the last days He will destroy it with FIRE 🔥 and the fountains of the deep are released again but now the LAVA. God Bless & be prepared for our Lord Jesus to find FAITH in those who await His Glorious appearing. ❤

One day in the far-off future they'll find preserved how they used to live in Sicily.
