Italian Sodas are syrup, ice and club soda. Cream/Whip upon request. If you add cream, first mix in the syrup, club soda and ice to let some of the fizz come out. Then top off the drink with cream and gently stir. If you add cream and stir too fast the drink fizzes over and creates a mess.
