He may be able to bring people via food close to each other that way.. Would love to see him Try Missal pav, vAda pav, fish thaali, and other Street food including paani Puri..

Originally Indo Chinese cuisine started from Kolkata and maintains the perfect balance of the Chinese with Indian influence, with the Indian part not being too intrusive. In Rest of India, the Indian influence has become so overbearing that the Chinese essence is almost taking a backstage. To have proper Indo Chinese cuisine, you need to visit the Chinese restaurants in Tangra region of Kolkata, which is the immigrant Chinese settlement of over two centuries and where the magic originated from. 🙏🇮🇳

Due to my job profile, I have stayed around 5 years in Chennai, and 4 years each in Mumbai and Delhi/Gurugram and toured (official tours) extensively to other places. Being a foodie, not only Chinese cuisine, I tried various types of cuisine including local cuisine. Honestly, I personally found the essence of Indo Chinese cuisine more authentic in Kolkata, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, I mean the North East. Anyways, food taste is a personal choice based on own's pallette. Because I liked Indo Chinese in Kolkata more, does not imply that it is bad at other places. I do love Mainland China Restaurant, which started out from Mumbai, Saki Naka outlet I think was the first outlet, where I tried out. 🙏
@Bangaliyana2024

@@OjasMind ohh, forgot to mention, around a decade and half ago, Kolkata had the highest number of Chinese food eateries in a city (including the roadside eating joints) , in the world, even more than Chinese cities like Beijing. I do not know of the current status though, however it still has a huge number of Chinese outlets. However, majority of the street side chowmein joints have now been replaced by biryani joints. Biryani is the current favourite of the city, replacing chowmein, which was the fad back then. 🙏 Second most popular nowadays are the momo joints it seems. Chowmein seems to been relegated to the third place nowadays. 😊 Changing times, changing pallette choices, I guess. 😁

I LOVE the way Italians speak English with an extended drag at the end of the words (anddd. .....loveeee....etc.). It sounds very cute. I saw some Italian movies too and love their accent :)- (spanish people speak the same words quickly but Italians take their time and pause and stress certain words). Molto carrinno.... I love the humility and simplicity of this diplomat in the video...his dress belied the fact that he is a diplomat....I wish everyone who holds offices were so humble. Molto benne...

Julia madam, tell us honestly various opinion of Italian national in Italy about all kinds of Italian cussines, not just in India like Tandoori Pizza, Tawa Pizza etc but worldwide many times even nations like New York Pizza Hawaii Pizza and sometimes bizzare recipes like banana curry pizza. I mean how many considered it as abomination, how many just don't mind, how many feel satisfied that their nation recipes are so popular that its variation are created locally and how many actually tried and liked some of these variation.

Wow he rides a motorcycle in India. Hats off to the Italian diplomat..
Giulia, it's always good to see your food blogs in India. What's most incredible is the way you spiritually connect to Food, Culture and People in India.

Make longer videos. Can’t get enough of it! ❤

Such a simple behaviour from a diplomat...good to see.
Love the humour between those two.
We really loved Alessandro when he visited our Somaiya college for International relations workshop❤😂. He is a real Indian lover.
The Big difference between Indian cuisine is in the technique even though many of the ingredients and spices are same. Plus authentic chinese cuisine tends to use a lot of schwezwan pepper corns, which has a surprising flavour
