What a huge difference between the Ducs and the Honda ATVs assembly! Honda- rush rush rush. Ducati- taking thier time and doing it right with passion. Do it once!
The Ducati bike is an absolute work of art!!!
I visited the factory a few years ago. To watch them work in an amazingly clean environment, with great precision, was an absolute treat.

@@30nguyenhoangphuc5 Ducati makes everything in their Borgo Panigale factory, near Bologna. Otherwise, that Italian flag they put on all their bikes, together with "Made in Italy" stamped everywhere on the components would obviously be illegal. No Italian supercars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani, Maserati); superbikes (Ducati, MV Agusta, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Energica); superyachts (Riva, Perini, Pershing, Azimut, AB, Benetti, Mangusta, Ferretti, Sanlorenzo, Baglietto... 50% of world's yacht are "Made in Italy") are made outside of Italia or they wouldn't cost an arm and a leg each.

Incredible company. Wonderful to watch. I wish for Ducati to make a pure touring bike like my Goldwing. 6 cyl inline, like the K1600.
Beautiful Machine
J'adore 💕 les DUCATI 🏁 🏍 🏁
I have a Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP and it is lots of fun. I wish it had a dry clutch, but I'm toying with the idea despite my local Ducati dealer claiming that the clutch lever will require more pull than the current wet clutch. Contrast the cleanliness of the Ducati factory with the Honda one!

Super Video! 🙂

Two completely different building philosophies: the Japanese ones are mass-produced bike sold everywhere in the world in terms of millions so is abolutely needed for them that even a Zimbabwe 3-fingered mechanic (with all due respect) must be able to fix them, easily and cheaply. On the contrary, Italian bikes are often built by small/medium, high quality brands and basically sold in developed countries only, in terms of thousands (Ducati sells 60.000 bikes per year): for these bikes, a MotoGP-like maintenance is constantly required as they often adopt very personal methods and there's basically zero tolerance among their components, then is absolutely fundamental that only authorized mechanics or very, very skilled ones put their hands on them. Just think about unique solutions like Ducati's dry clutch and Desmodromic distribution; quite rare ones like the cardan on Moto Guzzis; hyper-complicated electronic packages on Aprilias or even unique hand-made parts built by minuscule Italian companies exclusively for MV Agusta... how can you fix these things if you have never seen something like that or if it's long, complicated and expensive to obtain those components in your country? I always say to foreigners that they should buy Italian bikes (and supercars too, like Ferrari, Lambo and Pagani) ONLY IF they have an authorized mechanic nearby. Otherwise, their expensive, beautiful Ducati, MV Agusta, Aprilia, Energica et al will spend more time broken than fixed (not to mentions hand-made bikes like TM Racing or the old Moto Morinis... but 3 years ago MM was bought by Chinese and now, sadly, their bikes are completely different beasts compared to the marvelous, gorgeous Milano 1200cc and Super Scrambler with the same spectacular homemade engine). But too many people fail to realise that very simple concept and then end complaining about "poor reliability" of something they don't even understand.
Thật là tuyệt vời
Does ducati work the same as HONDA, EMPLOYEES WEAR HONDA UNIFORMS
Best bikes in the world, the yet were the best before acquisition by WV group: the germans are not just known to make great bikes ( not even top sportcars to tell the truth) , Ducati are the best of the world x the traditional stunning mechanic in Italy, otherwise...

Sometimes i was wonderin.. Why Germany.. Italy.. And Japan got so Close together ? Are theyre an Allied that in WW II go against USA and Western Europe.. As i knew BMW SS are heavily influenced by R1 Yamaha.. Inline 4 are weird comparing to Boxer that like a trademark to BMW?.. And YA1 its crazily influenced by Germany DKW RT 125.. Now bout Italian.. Bennelli SEI are Carbon Copy of Japanese Honda CB750.. But i understand.. Those 3 country are allied in many Aspect.. So its ok if theyre influenced by each others.. Symbiosis Mutualis 😀

Can anyone tell me are these bikes shipped with gas in the tanks, lines, carbs or injectors? Is there a flush or anything? Because if not if the bike sits for a while like a year or so as unsold its going to gum up something bad. Comments please, thanks!

Indeed, all the top end motorcycle manufacturers have very similar assembly lines, and produce limited performance machines that do have a degree of hand built and craftsmanship - I'm guessing you werent watching when the carbon fibre layers were laid down ....by hand, or the desmo valve assembled and installed......by hand?
@flatcapcaferacer

@@tonebonetones I can't give Ducati credit for hand building an engine or composites pieces because I'm not sure that is different than what every else does. Now what is special Ducati does is building only production carbon fiber frame. 👍 Another credit goes to Ducati for using the design, best and lightest materials to build at 215 horsepower engine. 👍👍 I will mention a 3rd thing that impressed was the care going into the assembly after all they are only building 500 of the Superleggara V4s.

I want job this company
I never had a Ducati. I have had four moto guzzi’s.. A few of my friends have Ducati’s. And they all have one thing in common. None of them have ever had their valves adjusted at the dealer. It’s more expensive than having a bridge done at your dentist. it’s more expensive than the total of mount of money my wife and I spent going out to dinner for a year once a week. it’s more expensive to have the valves adjusted on a Ducati in the amount of money I spend on gasoline for my pick up truck in a year, and my truck has a hemi V8.. My doctor has three motorcycles, one of them is a Ducati, a 2002 750.. he asked me if I wanted to buy it, because he has not ridden it in two years. my buddies with Ducati’s also have other motorcycles, they ride the other motorcycles more than a ride to Ducati is because they worry about never having their valves adjusted.. I love to Connie’s and I would have one except for that damn valve adjustment.. I do all my own work, I always have, but you need special tools to do a Ducati valve adjustment the correct way…
