Itachi just wanted to free sasuke from orochimaru's curse, he closed his eye and stopped amaterasu when it reached sasuke's body and at last he finally broke orochimaru's curse. What a legend he could have easily beat the hell out of sasuke but he loved him and saved him❤️

@@phantomtf1413 Itachi at the time was stronger than obito, especially with the perfec susanoo, the only thing holding him back was his illness and impending blindness. There was a reason why Obito hid the truth from Itachi because he knew while yes he could escape he would still be a major problem that would affect his plans down the road. Itachi knew of Kamui and it wasn’t implied Obito knew of the perfect susanoo. Itachi would have won no doubt but Obito could play the long game knowing Itachi would still die of his illness either way, he played his cards perfectly here.

@@conscripthornet4430 itachi compared to obito is a joke even yellow mask obito. if we compare orange mask obito itachi gets clapped, orange mask obito was able to dodge one of the raikages punches which was going at light speed and also managed to go into the atomic dismantling jutsu and leave just as it was being used, take sasuke and leave it with no damage sustained. Also when kabuto showed him the previous akatsuki members, he was about ready to fight all of them itachi included and it was only until kabuto showed him madara that he gave in. Also the only reason he didn't want to fight itachi was cause he was somewhat of a threat and could leak his true identity which would be problematic for obito. Final few points: non of itachi's attacks would be able to hit him, Totsuka blade? kamui. His genjutsu wouldn't work on obito as he would know not to look at itachi's ring and eye and even if he does get genjutsu it's very likely he could escape quite easily. Also No physical moves will be able to harm obito and it's also safe to say that itachi would not keep up with obito. All of this is just from orange mask obito now just imagine how worse i'd be for itachi if I used rennigan obito

Itachi was right only he could fuck with him. But Itachi didn’t count that Naruto was the goat, Nagato had Madara’s Rinnegan and Obito just has the most OP sharingan. When the whole fight was just to draw out Orochimaru , at the very end he was always protecting and saving Sasuke. I will do anything also to protect my younger brother.

Yeah. The only reason Itachi didn't try to kill Obito was Itachi really thought that he is Uchiha Madara who tamed the Kyubi. Or else, he would have been dead by ages. My idea : Itachi might have thought like- why to risk and die in vain ? If I die in vain, then who will take care of sasuke ? After I die, this Madara will surely kill Sasuke for Sharingan or to control him emotionally like Pain the God. Its better for me to avoid madara, and make sasuke strong by making him hate me even more. So, even if madara goes to sasuke, he should put a decent fight and may be even kill him or atleast should not get controlled by him like Pain.

Actually, everyone says that Naruto and Sasuke felt more pain in this story. But there are 4 other characters from Konoha, 1 from Amegakure who felt same amount of pain as them. Itachi,Kakashi, Obito, Hashirama, Madara, Pain Nagato Itachi - killed his parents and left his gf dying mercilessly, killed his whole clan mercilessly, saw his best friend die at hands of Obito, saw another friend suiciding but couldn't stop, made his brother into a weapon that will kill him. Kakashi- his pops died of humiliation and suicide. Obito seemingly died due to his fault of not pursuing Rin and so struck in Land of earth's trap. Rin died due to his fault. He couldn't save his sensei, couldn't save sensei's wife. The name Kakashi(scarecrow) really suited him because everytime some loved one will die infront of him and he couldn't do anything but crying. Obito - a child who wanted to takeout the whole world just because he didn't get a chance to marry his gf (since she died). Don't know why he didn't get the idea of reanimating her and talking with her. He calls kakashi as idiot, but he is a real idiot. Hashirama - killed his best friend for the sake of village (Itachi's before version). Lived till his hokage term thinking about people. Madara - fought till his death thinking about people's welfare. But its just that his ideas are different from Hashirama. Nagato - no need to tell about his life - a literal hell. He don't know of Infinite Tsukuyomi. He thought just like sasuke - control all nations with Biju powers so that there will be no wars. His parents killed, became orphan, has no one to take care of, no proper place to live, no proper food, roamed for food in times of war, his dog died, after some days his friends of akatsuki started dying, at last his best friend Yahiko died. From then - Pain started - feel the pain.

Itachi is the most pressured ninja ever. He had no choice other than slaughtering his whole clan because if hes not stopping the uchiha coup plot then it would cause spark for world war ninja 3. Itachi alone stopping a fcking war by his decision even Hiruzen cant do this shit because hes a weak hokage. Second is Kakashi, he show his father died by himself and not to mention his father hang himself because he want to save his comrade. After this incident Kakashi never like his comrade and choice to manipulated his friends for his own benefit but not until Obito sacrifice himself for the sake of Kakashi and Rin and this change Kakashi view about people for a while, but sadly he have to kill Rin as well because she was a vessel for bijuu and shes also a threat for Konoha which is end up of his feeling conflicting again and turning his heart into ice. Hiruzen show this darkside of him and decide to fired Kakashi from his anbu job for the sake of his mental health and appointed him as Jounin teacher instead but it seems it not changing him at all and hes still cold hearted ninja until he teaching team 7. he change completly become a better ninja and the hatred and dark tought of his mental are also changed as well

One of the best fights in anime, there are so many back and forths, the genjustu battle, the tsukoyomi, Fire syle, Ameteratsu, Kirin, Susano, Hydra Orochimaru, Totsuka Blade, Yatamir. This was the best showcase of what a shinobi is

Actually, Yasakani no Magatama (Yasaka beads/Yasakani sacred jewel), Yata Mirror are used by both Itachi and Borsalino. Funfact: Ama na Murakumo sword is also used by Borsalino. That sword's other name is Kusanagi no tsurugi. Guess who has it ? Clue: He frequently change genders lol.

тsυκυʏοᴍɪ 丂 No not really, Madara was clearly ten time stronger than Itachi, he had the largest susanoo, the totsuka blade can’t seal a susanoo, the Yata mirror would be Itachis only option and he would run out of chakra before Madara because Madara has way larger chakra reserves. Like when he fought Hashirama with 9 tails and susanoo armor and survived. Itachi only beat Nagato because of the Edo Tensei and Naruto + Bee helped him stop the Chibaku Tensei

Ngl, it took me a while to realize that the Yamata no Jutsu vs Susano'o was a reference to the Japanese mythology of Orochi and Susano. Still, it was pretty cool to see this played out.

Itachi had taijutsu , good ninjutsu , great genjutsu. Then he also had the sharingan with everything kakashi could do , then the mangekyou sharingan , with amaterasu and tsukuyomi then susanoo with the yata shield and totsuka blade, then he also had shisuis eye , along with inzanagi and inzanami lol

Orochimaru had many flashdrives for himself back then. Sasuke, Anku, Kabuto, whoever fucking knows nowadays 🥴

The way i see it and understand it's Nature is that Black Zetsu (who was around since the period of Kaguya time era until the present of Naruto) was not bluffing when he said Itachi is invincible and i will explain my observation. Both Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror are Ethereal Weapons, Ethereal as a word means the following: Of or relating to the regions beyond the earth, Celestial, Heavenly, Unworldly, Spiritual, lacking material substance: immaterial, intangible. The Yata Mirror was an ethereal shield wielded by the left arm of Itachi's Susanoo. It is said to be endowed with all nature transformations, and is able to change its characteristics to any nature transformation to completely negate any attack, whether it be spiritual, or physical. So if it says it contains all nature transformations,this doesn't just mean the basic 5, It means ALL, and the fact that it blocks Spiritual attacks as well proves that, as we all know spiritual attacks belong to Yin Release. If i understand something from this it's that the Mirror contains: Fire Release Wind Release Lightning Release Earth Release Water Release Yin Release Yang Release Because it can't possibly contain all 6 and leave yang out and it does say that it blocks physical attacks as well. And there is no jutsu that is not composed of those Nature transformations even Mangekyo abilities, so even genjutsu or Kamui or teleportation won't pass through the mirror. So whatever the Nature of the used attack is, combined or not, it will be blocked by the mirror. It's also called mirror for a reason, why wasn't it called Yata Shield, being called a mirror is another proof that it repels anything, not just block. Here is an actual proof that it repels attacks not just blocks it, we have seen susanos get attacked multiple times: And either if they block the attack or not,the attacks are not repelled. But look closely what happened when Sasuke tried attacking Itachi's Susanoo, Sasuke who is out of chakra hits it with a pure physical attack (sword) - a yellow light emerges from Yata Mirror then Sasuke is blown several meters back. Now you tell me what's the meaning of what happened if it was not the attack getting repelled. How else can a pure sword attack produce a shockwave that pushes Sasuke all the way back and note that Itachi didn't even move the shield so he didn't push Sasuke either, and doesn't it remind you of something? - Gunbai Uchihas Reflection of Madara that repelled a mini tailed beast bomb of KCM2 Naruto. And it's obvious that Yata Mirror is something greater than that small item. So the Yata Mirror is an Ultimate Defense. Now on the sword of Totsuka: - It is sheathed in a sake jar: the blade is unlike any other - rather than a conventional form, the blade is actually the liquid inside the gourd that is released and shaped into a blade. It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing the target it pierces. Those who are stabbed by the sword are drawn into the jar and trapped in a genjutsu-like "world of drunken dreams" for all eternity. It can also cut through objects like a normal blade, thereby giving the wielder great versatility in his attacks. Being a variant of the Sword of Kusanagi, this sword can cut through almost anything. As you can clearly see it's a liquid that can be shaped into a blade and a liquid of that shape shouldn't have the ability to really cut things. So this item that is Spiritual and a Liquid quite describes itself,with those given properties it pass through and seals anything it pierces. Now also note that Orochimaru said he has been searching for Totsuka Blade his Entire Life: - This means that both items are not related to Itachi's Susano,but he somehow found them and embedded them into his Susanoo, and Susanoo is a manifest of the user's chakra. This means those items don't have a constant physical form but they are Spiritual (Ethereal) that can be shaped freely by itachi and can interact with everything and block anything. Conclusion: Whether you guys like it or not or accept it or don't want to accept it 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Yata Mirror is the Ultimate Defense And Sword of Totsuka is the Ultimate Offense. Itachi cannot be defeated if his Susanoo is active. ☯️🤷🏻‍♂️✌️

Probs not much the amount of chakra it takes to form the higher ups is insane you need ems to even reach the stages or you go blind and sasuke said using Susanno the pain was on ever single cellular point I could not imagine what itachi would feel going higher and higher up

​@@psychoreader7120 In edo tensei Madara said they dont feel anything and has limitless chakra. Its highly likely that Itachi knew perfect susano, but deemed it risky and for Kabuto fight he wanted to capture him not kill him.

Itachi isn't Indra's reincarnation so he can't surpass Madara

@a busy stranger the seal might not be strong enough to hold them for too long. Id imagine a truth seeker orb or even Kaguya's ash bone destroys the shield. Plus Itachi's greatest speed feat is keeping up with kcm 1 naruto. Kaguya and Madara easily outclass kcm 1 naruto speed or in anything. The best chance Itachi has is simply his blade and even then he has to land it and the seal might not even be strong enough

@a busy stranger and truth seeker orbs are capable of destroying anything too. Also even nature energy could beat yata mirror since it doesnt state it can repel senjutsu attacks. Also truth seeker orbs are capable of destroying ANYTHING they even destroyed minato's arms who even after edo tensei was undone didnt have his arms. Meaning it transcends the spiritual world too. Also that feat of naruto isnt even that impressive, he had to put his whole focus in that one move in order to dodge the raikage. Those speed feats are nothing to what comes as madara with one rinnegan destroyed kcm2 naruto who is far faster then kcm1. There is also the fact edo madara shit on the kage, in which the raikage was present at. Edo madara is weeker then alive madara so there is that too. So far you haven't been able to compete much with what you'd say. Itachi gets shit on pretty bad

@a busy stranger dude it takes a six paths influenced chibaku tensei to seal kaguya. If it were any other ordinary seal them hagoromo wouldnt have had to give them his seal. Use your head

Itachi beat Sasuke had him bitchn cuz he knew he ain't have nothing left in the bag to deal with him took out orochimaru in his surprise attack and was not even in his I'm really tryna kill something mode. He basically chose to die using unnecessary chakra on purpose he could've used to preserve life or do who knows what. That's crazy he was really stronger than the third and fifth hokage maybe even the fourth too. Not the first two though, they pro Uchiha killers, Tobi lifted that finger up Sasuke felt a power tell him your about to die if this finger let loose
