@The Zoom This comment is fucking gold. Itachi is one of my favorite Characters,but his Motive, Secret and Story have quite a lot of Plot holes. Sure,you could say that Emotions disable your way of logik thinking,yet we can clearly see that Itachi can obviously resist himself (he was literally an Anbu Captain,he had to be a beast at suppressing Feelings). Oh well,he is still an cool Character. Awesome Comment my guy👌

Keep in mind that sasuke didn’t have mangekyo at the time while he did here. Itachi doesn’t have the durability nor e stamina to beat either Danzo or sasuke and his intelligence can’t make up for it because legit anyone one attack from either would kill him even if the jutsu being used weren’t intended to kill

@@turkeysgotmorecloutthanyou not really, death bed itachi Outlasted Hebi sasuke that had curse mark powers and absorbed orochimaru. Its stated that Itachi stamina got lower because he was ill. Danzo doesnt have a chance of winning since itachi already knows about izanagi , and literally has counters to it .

@@bluezsuitz1801 death bed itachi with powers that sssuke doesn’t have counters too beat sasuke, I highly doubt even healthy itachi no diffs mangekyo sasuke because he ran out of chakra after barely using his abilities during part one. Sasuke was also directly stated by Karin to being as strong as his cursed mark v2 state when he was enraged with mangekyo so he technically had a cursed mark v2 power boost when he fought Danzo and still had high difficulty against him. Itachi knows about izinagi but Danzo also knows what itachi is capable of including his non existent chakra and durability. If he uses susanoo to block izinagi blind shots then he dies of exhaustion, amaterasu is useless since he can’t spam it, and tsukuyomi is pretty useless because izinagi is active as well, I don’t see how itachi beats Danzo, if he does then it’s a high diff fight.

@@bluezsuitz1801 keep in mind that izinami was used to counter regular izinagi, not hashirama izinagi so it might not even work and itachi has to get close to Danzo, he isn’t edo so any random knife stab or punch would leave him fatally wounded and it would be a draw then by that point.

@@glodmod6610 first off when people talk about Danzo, they refer to his hokage form. Secondly, Danzo was not using simple techniques, he utilized the izinagi for ten minutes, a feat that so great that uchiha can barely use it for more then 3 seconds. Danzo also can use the kotoamatsukami which is a costly jutsu and he has mastery over 4 chakra natures and his special one wind style which I will admit are pretty common jutsu, itachi besides his mangekyo which he can only use like 3 times per fight only really uses nameless genjutsu and fire ball jutsu which is some of the most basic jutsu someone can use. Yeah itachi was a giant prodigy, so was sasuke and he almost died to Danzo, so shisui and he got tricked by Danzo, so was kakashi and he was scared of the guy.

@@CJ-pv4hb keep in mind that sasuke was healed in obito’s dimension by Karin so he was at full power actually and it was presumably for hours considering that they fight in the early morning whereas sasuke attacks the kage at night. Sasuke awakened v1 susanoo when fighting the raikage but awakened up to a v3 susanoo mid fight against Danzo. Itachi has a v4 susanoo but he can barely use it in a fight so it’s useless. Tsukuyomi was broken by three tomoe hebi sasuke, you can say that he let sasuke escape but sasuke did meet all the requirements to breaking out of it and the data book states that he broke out of his own will. Sasuke was also training his mangekyo by using it for prolonged periods of time, got a huge rage boost, and used up his entire mangekyo’s life span just to beat Danzo high difficulty. Sasuke at this point in the series was way better then itschi. Sauske had better amaterasu, a slightly worse susanoo but he compensated for the fact that he can keep it activated for long periods of time which you can’t say the same for itachi. He is physically stronger, has more chakra, and had prep time as well as the battle field advantage. The only thing sssuke lacked in was tsukuyomi which wouldn’t work on Danzo anyways because of izinagi and intelligence which isn’t that big considering that hebi sasuke and itachi were evenly match in terms of battle experience, just that itschi is better at manipulating people. Sasuke after all that almost died multiple times to Danzo who not only had to worry about him but obito too so he was mentally nerfed. This jobbing nerfed Danzo was having no trouble blocking sasuke’s blitz attempts multiple times. Itachi was in disbelief that sssuke could do it and kakashi was legit scared of Danzo, the same kakashi that had no problems with fighting tendo pain. Danzo also was not scared at all to confront hanzo, the same hanzo who bodies all three sanin. Obito himself admitted that he believed that sasuke was going to lose the fight.

Danzo wasn’t even scared of sasuke, he was excited to fight him, he wasn’t excited about fighting obito though.

@@Alex-ff6yt he was holding back for like at least half the fight since he clearly makes it obvious during the fight that his priority is beating obito and this was during the kotoamatsukami recharge. People also forget that itachi can’t spam unlike sasuke. Sasuke only survived as long as he did because he was able to have susanoo up during most of the fight, itachi only used one of each ability during his whole fight with sasuke and died because he physically couldn’t handle the strain it gave him. The problem with this fact is that without his susanoo constantly protecting him, he won’t have anything to protect his already feeble body from wind style jutsu that was strong enough to stop a humanoid susanoo in its tracks without the Baku summoning and if he does summon it then there is physically nothing he can do. It’s obvious as to why amaterasu won’t work and the thing with taukuyomi is that it won’t really work when fighting the izinagi. You may say that it will one shot him because a weak genjutsu that sasuke used was able to trick him for the last portion of the fight but here are reasons as to why it’s not the case. He cast genjutsu on Danzo when he was stressed out so he couldn’t pay attention to it because he was worried about fighting obito right after, obito states that what sasuke did was an advanced form of genjutsu that was spliced at the right time but people assume it was weak because it’s not named and it’s supposed to be subtle. Danzo knows a lot of about itachi and what he is capable off to an extent so he isn’t going to take him lightly. When sasuke used a more offensive genjutsu he easily undone it and blitzed him right after. Izinagi and tsukuyomi are very similar in how they work except one is a genjutsu cases by a sick almost dying skeleton who has little chakra vs the careful assassin leader with the most overpowered genetics ever that literally sacrifices an eye to use and is a bastardized version of the creation of all things which is the most broken justsu in shippuden. This suggests that tsukuyomi shouldn’t do a thing to Danzo as he only fell for subtitle genjutsu and if subtitle genjutsu is weak then kotoamatsukami should not have the hype that it has now. The only thing itachi had going for him is his intelligence which is something Danzo is aware of and his regular genjutsu that may or may not get countered instantly but his lack of defense, lack of stamina, lack of chakra, and lack of versatility is the reason why he can’t win.

@@turkeysgotmorecloutthanyou See the argument of danzo being “stressed”over fighting obito is dumb.Even if he was stressed it wouldn’t impact the fight at all like you said it would.And again itachi majorly held back against sasuke in his fight.You say itachi has very little chakra which while it is definitely true the battle with sasuke can’t be used for an example as he literally prolonged the fight to take orochimaru out.If he had the intent to kill sasuke he most definitely would have.Hell even with sasukes curse mark he still ran out of chakra before itachi did and sasuke was able to press danzo.There is no reason for tsukyomi not to work since the only things stated to even be able to take it head on are the mangekyo sharingan(that danzo can’t even use properly and needs a recharge time) and surperior dojutsu.Tsukyomi works in less then a millisecond so danzo wouldn’t even be able to react in time to counter it.And while danzo can one shot itachi,itachi can as well with the totska blade and tsukyomi.In fact itachi might not even need either of those since he can just simply use izanami to counter danzo izanagi.The ONLY way I see danzo win a 1v1 fight is if kotoamtsukami is active and he just gets itachi to kill himself.Other then the totska blade can stop danzo,tsukyomi is stated to be the second strongest genjutsu in the series and danzo can’t react in time to use shisuis mangekyo to at least try and counter it,itachi can use izanami which is a hard counter to danzo,or he can even just do the same thing sasuke did since itachi outlasted sasuke and itachi is just straight up better then sasuke and can manipulate danzo to running out of izanagi.
