The British used to say that if you give a brick enough power, it will fly. This boat has not style, poor design, it is like an overpowered Brick, irrespective of what the driver says. The fact that he chose to try the boat in such calm waters says it all. In a sea with two foot waves that hull would ride comfortably at 20 knots and no more, unless you have a spare backbone/spine. Nice engines though and that is where the speed is coming from and not the design of the boat, On a sharp turn, that hull would dig its nose. Still it is good fun if one uses it properly, but no elegance and that hull does not attract respect only a bit of fun.

I really enjoy this channel and especially this guy who has a dream job of playing with all the toys. But you'd think that the builder would offer some variations on this boat. Poor seating; no refrigerator for drinks and snacks; no head that I could discern and not enough cover from the harmful UV rays other than for the skipper. I'd have to pass on this one.

why you want a half million dollar boat when the 100,000 dollar boat goes just as fast and cost a loooot less money to go fishing and you have the same amount of room and by end of the day you may not even catch a thing? just to show off?
