For dough
200 ml first milk (1 cup)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
300 g flour (about 2.5 cups)
10 g fresh yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt

Garlic butter:
50-60 g soft butter
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Also for topping
Grated cheddar cheese
chili pepper
Oregano

Preparation of…
1-Put the dough ingredients into the kneading bowl and knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Leave it to ferment.
2- Take soft butter in a bowl, add olive oil, spices, parsley and crushed garlic and mix by crushing.
3-Place the dough on a floured counter and divide it into 3 pieces.
Roll out each meringue into an oval shape with a rolling pin and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4-Apply the butter mixture on top, then add the kashar cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle some thyme and chili pepper on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, up and down, for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot.

    Merhaba Mayasız yaparsanız hamuru piştikten sonra sart gelebilir Ama asla maya kokusunu hissetmezsiniz isterseniz mayasını az ekleyin
