alternate title: "...and i wish nothing but happiness for you both..."
sorry (i'm NOT. sorry at all) for the tg spam uploads recently. i haven't been feeling 100% lately. this is the last one for real unless i find something perfect for Haise and Arima.

"It wasn't supposed to be like this" a phrase which here means "an expression of distrust in the nature of the mechanics of the world, but not an excuse to lose all hope." - uncredited no idea what caused this to blow up, but thanks for stopping by anyway. :)
Gotta be the next banger

thanks. consider checking out the original album (rottenblood.bandcamp.com/album/about-10-years-looking-at-the-ceiling) or the original playlist i found this in (kzread.info/dash/bejne/e211qtaLXbaqnNI.html) if you like this kind of music at all. (this isn't my original work, so i don't want to take any credit for it.)

@@Roro_2338 Could you possibly put those links in the description (as well as the title of the track and the name of the artist)? I originally thought that this was an original piece of music that you made, and I'm probably not the only person who got confused.
I don’t even know who you are but I’m subbing to you also gonna watch inside out 2 and go to the fair Edit: also downloading this
For anyone who really likes this, this is a track named "mount amen" off of the album "about 10 years looking at the ceiling" by an artist named Rotten Blood. The OP put a link to the album in a response to someone else's comment, which is how I was able to find it. (As far as I can tell, OP didn't steal the track, they just legitimately forgot to credit the artist.)

i was drafting a response to your earlier comment when I saw you post this one, so I'll just respond to this one instead. i didn't forget to credit the original song artist, I made a deliberate artistic choice not to. (also, I didn't credit Sui Ishida for his drawing, which you didn't mention. i assume if you think i should credit Rotten Blood, i should credit him as well, especially when his drawing is the most important part of this piece). i have posted a variety of these mashups over the past few years, and i never post anything about the music or the drawing in the description or the comments because i don't see how it meaningfully contributes anything to my curation. historically, i have created and posted these mashups as a way to uniquely blend two very different pieces of art i care about a great deal, and create something completely new out of their fusion. i give them vague, cryptic, and downright esoteric titles in order to make them as inaccessible as possible to anyone who isn't me, and then post them for my own amusement. i expect these videos to stand entirely on their own as random, unsorted fragments of something i'm thinking about. little puzzles to solve about what's going on in my brain today. if anyone wants to know more about that, i hope that they would ask me. nobody ever does, so i never bother, and i'm fine with that.

@@Roro_2338 The thing about this kind of video (art + electronica + cryptic title with no artist credits) is that the default assumption is that the uploader made the music and commissioned/"borrowed" the art. No one's asking you about the song or the art because people think that you made it. And yeah, you probably should also credit the artist whose work you used for the visuals. It's the polite thing to do.

@@LadyMapi i think we're coming at this from two very different perspectives here. first of all, i strongly disagree that the default assumption for this format is that i created any of it myself. though, that may just speak to different kind of videos i usually find and what kind of music i like listening to. more importantly, i really must restate that i only make these for my own personal amusement, and possibly for anyone else who happens to be in my discord server that i mostly use as an art diary where i post random things i'm thinking about. anyone who is familiar with my posts knows that i don't create any of the original work that goes into these, and i don't particularly care about the opinion of someone who doesn't understand, at least on a surface level, what my mindset for making these is, or who i don't already know. i post them for fun, and any incidental spread is completely out of my hands, and often unwanted. once again i feel like i've posted another long paragraph without answering your actual question, so i apologize about that. my feelings on my posts are very complex and i haven't properly taken the time to sit down and organize them.
Wow
