‘It Was Odd’: Neighbor’s Home Surveillance was Part of Key Evidence in Jennifer Dulos’ Disappearance

Ойын-сауық

Jennifer Dulos disappeared in May of 2019. Investigators believe her ex-husband - Fotis Dulos - murdered her then got rid of her body. Fotis’ lover at the time of her disappearance - Michelle Troconis - is currently on trial for Jennifer’s murder. Surveillance footage from one of the Dulos’ neighbors was allegedly key evidence in the arrests of both Fotis and Michelle. “I noticed odd vehicle movements, it was odd interactions,” Garrison Hudkins testified during Michelle trial Thursday.

That’s his job and he needs the objection “on the record” (transcript) to preserve all evidentiary or issues which could be challenged as points of law. That builds and protects any efforts to later appeal based on hearsay or foundation arguments which needed to be made or could / should be made. Consider the fact that if he made NO objections were made at all, he is handing this defendant easy grounds for ineffective assistance of counsel. There’s a major appeal basis right there, and as annoying as it may seem to you - It’s important to be an effective counsel for that reason alone, if no other.

The children were around Michelle a lot. They vacationed in Miami and she was always there. The nanny spoke of her. FD went through a time making the children water ski for many hours at a time. This came out very early in his case to show the manic intent he had when he wanted a behaviour in Jennifer or the kids. I thought he was crazy, but he was just evil. MT too.

If it was me and I had video surveillance regarding my missing neighbour, I’d have forgone the bruins game and allowed the police to review them. It could have meant saving her, if she’d been still alive. Also police are trained to see things on videos that we wouldn’t. They should have had all access.

It's all leading up to, a foundation, to the evidence showing that MT was in on the plan to kill JD and dispose of her and her belongings and write a script to cover the timeline they would be questioned on. Also showing she assisted in the cleanup and framing of someone else by using his vehicle to move all of the bloody evidence. She could have walked free if she gave up FD and told where the body is. She chose to stay loyal to FD. He fooled her. He wasn't going to jail for murder, he killed himself and left her to deal with what THEY did.

@@heatherlong2162you must not have seen the whole trial just tuning in for today. Out of context it would be confusing as any trial would be. The Yukon was rented to distance any of the cars owned by Fotis or the fore group from being on the cameras at Russell speeders car wash. So Michelle drove the Yukon and followed Fotis who was driving the red Tacoma which was used in the murder to the car wash. During the car wash they went to see Michelle's attorney... Yet Jennifer's disappearance wasn't announced that it was being treated as a homicide until the 31st. They wanted attorneys lined up. After that meeting they went to the bank to pull cash so when they picked up the Tacoma they wouldn't need to use a traceable credit/debit card. They both then returned to the car wash in the rental and paid cash at pickup and the car wash gm also stated a name was refused to be provided.

20 trips back and for between the 2 properties (with Fotis) over a 3 hour period of time which was right after Jennifer's was attacked in her garage. Back and forth between the property where Fotis was back to the home property smoke is recorded coming from chimney! Fire in the fireplace in late May when it was 75 degrees out? She was with him when he was dumping bags containing evidence. She shaved his head the day before the murder. She lied and said they were together in the morning when he was gone murdering Jennifer. Assisted him on day of washing employees red Tacoma.

@@SunFlower-sf1go 20 trips? She has cooperated with LE. Fotus is gone so there would be no reason for her to withhold information to protect him. Testimony given by Fotis employee actually implies she had no knowledge Mrs. Dulos was deceased. Fotis is gone along with any possible need to protect him. If Ms. Tranconis knew anything she would have made a deal herself with the State. The State had that intention for her all along and even LE couldn't decide if she was guilty or not. Every bit of evidence the State has present requires speculation. Video of her riding around with Fotis while he dumped bags of trash is not evidence, it is video of her riding around with Fotis that we are being asked to make up a narrative for. "She had to have known" isn't evidence, it's perspective based very subjective opinion. My personal opinion is neutral on whether she knew or not. Nothing has been brought forward to show she did know and we are all interpreting her actions through a posthumous filter of prosecution. I lean more toward Fotis duped her and duped her from the start of the extramarital affair. I have lots of reasonable doubts still. I'm not saying she isn't guilty, I'm saying I would not send someone to jail for the rest of their life based on evidence that asks me to speculate guilt or innocence. I want to know without a shred of doubt the person did it.

@@SunFlower-sf1go PS I appreciate the conversation. Also, the gentleman employee looks more guilty than Ms. Traconis but I think the D.A. decided they couldn't assign a motive to him and Traconis was an easier target. This prosecution itself is suspect to me and while I understand the State wanting to prove Mrs. Dulos was murdered and that Fotis did it, prosecuting Ms. Traconis to achieve that end is beyond disheartening.

No she wasn't present at the murder scene. The prosecutors allege that she and another man, who was Fotis's lawyer and friend, knew about the plan to murder Jennifer and acted in furtherance of that scheme by providing a false alibi and by accompanying him while he disposed of evidence later that day, and cleaned up evidence at his house and vehicle. Also that she tried to stop the unknowing employee whose pick-up was used from collecting his vehicle at the end of the day, by removing its keys before Fotis and her had chance to thoroughly clean.
