This drama is so much of action . Worth to watch and she's really general very tough and fierce.

This is from Oh My General, it's definitely worth a watch! Why? The drama has a strong female lead, not toxic against the harem and it's comedic, tragic as well romantic. The colors are so satisfying and the drama clearly has stunning camera visuals. The characters all have great actors that play their roles well, the main characters have steady and nice development. The main pair has basically switched sides, the husband is more like a wife and wife is like a fierce husband, it's so nice to see a strong female protecting her hubby compared to frail and damsel in distress (although I'm a sucker for those XD). But instead of being toxic couple they work together and accept each others differences, I hated the male lead at first not because he's an arrogant jerk, no because he tried to run away from the amazing female lead 😂 But he quickly grew on me so don't give up 😂 I highly recommend 🙏

The main girl looks very handsome. She can play a GL role. 😁

@@jazzdolphin8376 is it? Do you have any proof to back up that claim? Chinese doctors have been trying to prove that TCM works, but have yet to provide any evidence to back it up. I have nothing against TCM, I believe it has it's merrits. But you can not tell if a woman is pregnant by just taking her pulse. I know this has been the tradition for over 2000 years. But that doesn't mean it's accurate. But this is a historical drama, so even the medical aspect should be historical. I just think it's silly in the same way we used blood letting or drinking pee here in the west, although less harmful or disgusting.

@@SailorYuki hilariously, tasting urine as a diagnostic test is used in ancient East Asian medicine… and it’s legit. You could potentially taste things like sugars or acetone in diabetics/prediabetics. I still agree with your whole comment but there are a few select instances where those things were legit (same for blood letting, we still do it in modern medicine for excessive iron levels)

@@vysharra tasting urine was common practice in Europe up untill late 1800s, that's not something that I have an issue with. It's testing for pregnancy by checking someone's pulse. At least in the Mulan series they use logic to conclude she's pregnant (asking if her chest feels tender, last period and potential nausea and so on...).

Funniest thing is that mostly their diagnosis used to be absolutely correct!! Doctors nowadays can't diagnose properly even after 100s of tests and scans!! 😆

The two doctors were pretty funny. Surprised they did not put a cloth on the General’s wrist before they took her pulse. The son thought she was a guy, but the father should have placed a cloth on her wrist before he checked her pulse.

She was Helan Min Yue in empress of china; Lady Helan was the daughter of Wu Shun and Helan Yueshi. (Wu Shun was the first daughter of Wu Shiyue and Lady Yang and the older sister of Empress Wu. Helan Yueshi was the son of the Duke of Yingshan and died early.) Lady Helan had a brother named Helan Minzhi, who had incestuous relations with their grandmother Lady Yang. (Lady Helan was exceedingly beautiful and inherited her mother's characteristics.) Lady Helan frequently entered the palace along with her mother, Wu Shun. They were favoured by Emperor Gaozong and he created her the Lady of Wei and her mother the Lady of Han. Lady Han soon died afterwards, presumably on the orders of Lady Helan's aunt, Empress Wu. Emperor Gaozong wanted to keep Lady Helan as a concubine, but Empress Wu found out and was angered. Empress Wu had the Lady of Wei poisoned by placing poison in food offerings that her cousins had made. She then proceeded to blame Wu Weiliang and Wu Huaiyun (her cousins) for the murder and they were executed. Lady Helan's brother, Helan Minzhi, suspected Empress Wu of murdering his sister and was exiled.

It's very much worth watching it. It might be a bit too long,but it's definitely something you should watch. I found it to be very entertaining, though I felt it was a bit long. In the middle,you might become bored by the politics,but it's very different from other Chinese dramas.
