5x speed, 1 day per month. Makes you prioritize your work and makes it a little harder to put all your money into one crop with one harvest.

I like 3 days at 6x speed

I like 5x time with 2-3 days per month. Gives you more flexibility for harvests and stuff later on

Any time you are doing something in a field with no commentary I think a time lapse of it would be nice, instead of cutting to it being done either way loving the series

I think a 10-20 second timelapse would make for nice transitions. Not too fast though, they can be jarring. Better to be slower and show part of the transformation than try and rush it to completion. Having the camera stationary, in the sky would be dope.

Hey just a neat suggestion,if you want to stay around 500k why not take a loan out per piece of equipment and make larger payments on it. For example with the spray and tank from the first 2 episodes, you could have took out a loan and every contract you complete put a few grand toward the loan.

You turn off crop destruction off for the first harvest since you didn’t plant those crops. Fertilize those fields for max yield too or the most out of it

Jake you should do grapes is very cheap and fun. Also you are near the grape factory and you can buy in and make products or use your selling point.

Grapes is cool ,but you would have to get the harvester that on its own is pretty expensive and you also need a smaller tractor

I would say 1 to 2 days per month for right now but be open to going to 3 as you buy more land. Having an extra day helps prevent weather screwing you up on your only day. Are you still planning on buying all the land?

Hey jake maybe you could buy a three point pallet fork from the premium addition on the kubota side kick to move the pallets from the greenhouse to your roadside farmers stable

You could do olives if you wanted, but you need to invest a lot. It is worth it but you need to spend time

What made me a millionaire in fs22 was silage bales I have an all in one mower-baler wrapper. Because it's a mower I can have a worker work it through a large field. Then use a bale loader to pick them up

I usually do 3 day months and 3x which works really good for me so i think that would work well

Root crops ar the most profitable crops in the game but the equipment is expensive. Vine crops and cotton are also very profitable but once again the equipment is expensive. Just throwing some ideas out there for you.

you should install the enchanted loan system so you would need to pay back the loans and its just so much better because there is like monthly repayment

Fun fact, I know of at least one house in the world where they didn't connect the driveway to the road...there is a solid 20-30 foot gap. They like it because it keeps people away that they don't want coming around anyway. It's one of those "if you know, you know" and if you don't then they didn't want you coming over anyway type of deals. Works pretty well too.

Take those generator numbers with a BIG grain of salt, I have around 30 of them and average $65k a month (should be well over $200k/month)
