It’s Your Life, It’s Your Bronc, Ride It.

Life is not easy, just like a cowboy (cowgirl) riding a bronc. It’s not about how easy your ride is, or how pretty you ride it, but what you do when the tough ones come along.

I grew up easy riding. I didn’t face much challenge growing up. After highschool I started a construction job and horse care to challenge myself and am joining the Marines next month. Life isn’t as meaningful without challenge. Thank you for your videos. Congratulations on the grandchild.

Hello Dwayne. I am Kevin Stuit. I have been waiting a while to comment on your videos. I have a bunch to say. I watched a few about a month or so ago. I could tell by your eyes you were a good man. My Dad taught me that the eyes tell ya more than the mouth . He was a Cowboy from South Dakota. Migrated to Lynden, Wa. When he was 14. He died a few years back. He could've listened to you all day. I have learned a lot and share several of your theories. I learned from my Dad. I road a lot as a kid till I was 11. I hade 4 brothers. We road. Grew up on a dairy farm with horses. Mostly mountain riding and some playdays at the fair. My youngest brother died when he was 10. I was 11 and we all pretty much quit riding for many years. I got back into it a bit about 10 years ago or so. I am a divorced 52 year old dump truck driver. No kids. 1 Quarter horse and a Shetland miniature cross pony,4 cats and 2 heelers. Your videos have inspired me tremendously. When I watched God's roundpen video and I was real happy and not surprised that you were a Christian. I could sense it before that video . For me, Life has been full a "Bodacious rides". I keep getting back on. Dang hard sometimes. The timing of your video tonight was perfect for my last ride. I went on a nice horse ride Saturday night and the rear end on my 1988 f350 blew up on the way home. I have been mopin'. I was gonna take a week off in late September, early October and explore your country. Can't now I don't think cuz of costs. Soon hopefully. I am curious as all get out. Would like to meet you sometime and your family. I would love to see where you work. If at all possible. I know this is wordy but I gotta get it out. I apologize. I look at taking care of and communicating with my critters as sheparding. You have the same way. Not everyone does. The closest I can get to being Christ like for me is taking good care of my critters. And my Momma. She's 82. I could go on and on... Thank you sir, from the bottom of my heart. You have a gift with critters and a gift for speaking. You remind me a bunch of my PA. Your spirit has moved mine. God bless you and your family. Congratulations on another grand child! This has been a bit difficult for me. Thank you for bearing with me. I look forward to more of your videos.

I dont have the words to describe how this video hits home with me. These are the best words I ever heard and the most wisdom and I am 73 years old now . I wish I could have heard this from you many years ago , but I am very thankful to hear and see it now. God has been better to me than I deserved many times , and other times I have plowed a lot of dirt with my nose because of my own poor choices . It takes some rough times to make a man really appreciate the good ones. Until you , nobody ever explained it as clear and it put a new light on my entire life. I thank you for that. May God continue to bless you and yours, especially that new grand baby and mom. Your channel is gonna go large , and rightfully so.

I’ll tell ya. Lincoln was a weak ending. I expected you to point out the tough ride Christ had! Before he was born he was being pursued to kill. He was ostracized, tempted by the devil himself, mocked, denied, beaten, crucified, and all for you and me. He never once complained, yet wept and begged forgiveness for those who wronged him. Made the buzzer and a perfect score every round. Still today He is known worldwide and praised by masses ! That said you’re spot on as usual, and I really enjoyed the videos I’ve watched so far. Keep it up.

“No money in easy rides” Dewayne, you have a way of looking at life & a knack for putting words together in a way that encourages us to do our best. So many times we are beat down by messages that leaves us feeling like losers with no clues about how to make things better. After enough of those encounters there is a tendency to just give up. How refreshing to hear all we have to do is just get back on.

I have spent the last few days watching all of your videos, I enjoyed them all a lot. Including your cigar videos...LOL I guess you can call me a city dude, spent most of my youth overseas (my father was on the Air Force) while in Egypt got to ride an "Arabian" for 2 hours and a camel for 2 hours. I have paid for couple hour rides here and there. I have always found horses beautiful and will admit I know absolutely nothing about them. I envied the wrangler/ cowboy life and the men and women who do it. If I know there were schools for it, I may have went to one when I got out of the Army. Its one reason I love the videos, gives me a small idea and taste, a long with a little education on horses and the life style. I am a little old to take it up at 55 and a blown out knee. I love your cigar videos talking about how I was raised 3 things common respect, common courtesy and common sense, seems to be missing now a days. So thank you from someone who didn't get the chance to be a wrangler/cowboy, which I think its either openly or secretly everyone's dream. Sorry this is so long, didn't mean it to be

Good talk, thanks! I would extend the idea a little further: It's your ride and it's short, enjoy it with everything you've got. The bumps and bruises are a part of the ride. They're badges of honor for how you overcome. Be excited to ride, treasure your time in the saddle, in a blink of the eye the buzzer will sound and you're done. SemperFi!

Easy to see how you went from 10k followers just over 2 years ago to 45k away from a cool mil now. Congratulations to you and yours on new grandbaby Esther! If we’d have known how much fun our grandkids were going to be, we’d probably have just gone ahead and had them first…;). My two winter hobbies are running my trap line with a dog sled and rawhide braiding, so a tough bronc here these days is just as likely to end up 800 lbs. of dog meat and 300’ of rawhide string as ridden, at least by me. If we do get one that likes to buck and the kids or grandkids want to train it, we at least wait for a foot and a half or two feet of snow before climbing on. Doesn’t last as long and doesn’t hurt as much if they do come off. Good analogy of life’s “tough broncs”, too. In this life, you have to ride the one you draw not the one you wish you drew. As always, great job, and God Bless, Greg

A year later and I’m watching all your videos with “how to deal with loneliness” currently sittting at 1.6 MILLION views and your channel at 517,000 subscribers, I checked social blade and you have averaged 2200 gained subscribers a day with tTENS of THOUSANDS of views. All I can think with every video I watch is I want all these metrics to hit 10 or hundreds of millions one day, men like are (although you are to humble of a man to properly admit it which is why we love you) are saving this generation of young and older men, I have had suicidal thoughts, been depressed and for years stayed stagnant and unproductive, I was meditating a day or two ago and I started crying, I realized how happy I felt, not simple the absence of depression but actual happiness and satisfaction in the fact I’ve truly started down the correct path, you may not beilieve you are as eloquent or well spoken as Jordan Peterson, you deliver your message with just as much purposeful intention and nuance and simplistic eloquence in a way that makes me immeasurably happy to listen to and absorb, Uncle Duh-Wayne we love you and although maybe unintentionally you’ve had an impact on such a large number of men that will echo through the halls of time, you are a good and respectable man and I hope this successful brings you success in such a fantastic way that you and mama will never ever worry about another bill again, You’ve earned it and wether it’s a view or a dollar or a share I can never repay fully for what you’ve done for me. (Side note, Duh-Wayne is a nod to his southern accent but also the fact that much of his advice when you hear it feels so obvious, like Duh you dummy how did you not see this before)

A fantastic video! It’s amazing what God can do! Two months later and you’ve gone from 10k to over 20k subscribers! I’m just seeing this video today. Congratulations on the baby and the doubling of subscribers! You’re clearly doing something right! 😉 Thank you for explaining the scoring! Now when I watch, I’ll have a better understanding. I’m very grateful for that information! You’re so right about life being a rodeo! I’ve had to get up and brush myself off more times than I care to count! BUT, at least I’m learning to be a better “rider” with every fall. If you lay there in the dirt, all that’s going to happen is, you’ll get stomped!! So you better get up!!

Congratulations Sir, to you and to Mrs Momma. Sage advice, even on your best day all you can achieve is 50 points. ‘Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavour.’ Truman Capote Pays to ride the rougher path! God bless.

Excellent insights.. I had a bad bronc this last ride, but I made the buzzer, still waiting on the dismount, and figure I'll get a score when I get out of the corral... and I have no idea what the score will be, .. I was too busy just staying in the saddle.. lol..
